Claims (11)
- CTAB 표면적이 10 내지 35m2/g이고 DBP 흡수도가 40 내지 180㎖/100g인 카본 블랙으로서, 응집체 크기 분포의 ΔD50 값이 340nm를 초과함을 특징으로 하는, 카본 블랙.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응집체 크기 분포의 M 값이 2를 초과함을 특징으로 하는, 카본 블랙.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응집체 크기 분포의 표준 편차가 300nm를 초과함을 특징으로 하는, 카본 블랙.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응집체 크기 분포의 D75%/25% 비가 2.4를 초과함을 특징으로 하는, 카본 블랙.
- 제1항에 있어서, ΔDBP/DBP 비가 0.35를 초과함을 특징으로 하는, 카본 블랙.
- 반응기 축을 따라 연소 영역, 반응 영역 및 종결 영역을 포함하는 노 블랙 반응기(furnace-black reactor)에서 연소 영역에서 연료를 산소 함유 기체 속에서 완전 연소시킴으로써 고온 폐가스 스트림을 발생시키고, 폐가스를 연소 영역으로부터 반응 영역을 통해 종결 영역으로 이동시키면서, 반응 영역에서 카본 블랙 원료를 고온 폐가스와 혼합시키고, 종결 영역에서 물을 분무함으로써 카본 블랙의 형성을 종결시킴을 포함하는, 제1항에 따르는 카본 블랙의 제조방법으로서, 액체 카본 블랙 원료와 기체 카본 블랙 원료를 협착부(constriction)에 주입함을 특징으로 하는, 카본 블랙의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 카본 블랙 원료를 방사상 랜스(radial lance)를 사용하여 주입함을 특징으로 하는, 카본 블랙의 제조방법.
- 고무 혼합물 속에서 강화 카본 블랙으로서 사용되는, 제1항에 따르는 카본 블랙.
- 압출 프로파일(extrusion profile)의 강화 카본 블랙으로서 사용되는, 제1항에 따르는 카본 블랙.
- 고무와 제1항에 따르는 카본 블랙을 포함하고 침강 실리카, 유기 실란 및 추가의 고무 보조제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 성분을 하나 이상 포함할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 고무 혼합물.
