本发明公开了一种真空炭黑提升机，它包括一个立式料筒，料筒安装在一个支架上，在料筒下端的锥形出料口上安装有一个阀门，在料筒内靠近顶部吊挂有多个均布的滤袋，在料筒一侧下部向支架旁边的地下安装有一根进料软管，在料筒一侧上部安装有一个气包，在气包外侧安装有一个空气压缩机，空气压缩机与气包之间连接有导管，在气包上向滤袋顶部的料筒内安装有一个脉冲阀，在料筒另一侧的地面上安装有一个引风机，在引风机上向滤袋顶部该侧的料筒内安装有一根引风管。本发明在全封闭状态下运行，劳动强度小、无污染、产品质量好、效率高。

技术领域：
本发明涉及分选，特别是一种适用于在真空状态下把炭黑通过软管从池里提升到料筒中进行分离的真空炭黑提升机。
背景技术：
现有的炭黑生产方法，是将反应釜里的炭黑排放到水池里，经沉淀后由人工将炭黑从水池里捞出装袋密封。这种原始的生产方法存在的问题是1.对水池里的水源有一定污染、不卫生。2.是劳动强度大、工作效率低。3.是炭黑易与水垢混合、影响产品质量，特别是湿炭黑的价格低廉、效益低。
发明任务：
本发明的目的是提供一种无污染、产品质量好、效率高的真空炭黑提升机。本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，一种真空炭黑提升机，它包括一个立式料筒，其特征在于：料筒安装在一个支架上，在料筒下端的锥形出料口上安装有一个阀门，在料筒内靠近顶部吊挂有多个均布的滤袋，在料筒一侧下部向支架旁边的地下安装有一根进料软管，在料筒一侧上部安装有一个气包，在气包外侧安装有一个空气压缩机，空气压缩机与气包之间连接有导管，在气包上向滤袋顶部的料筒内安装有一个脉冲阀，在料筒另一侧的地面上安装有一个引风机，在引风机上向滤袋顶部该侧的料筒内安装有一根引风管。
本发明在全封闭状态下运行，劳动强度小、无污染、产品质量好、效率高。

具体实施方式：
结合附图详细描述实施例，它包括一个立式料筒5，料筒安装在一个支架8上，在料筒下端的锥形出料口9上于支架中间安装有一个阀门7，在料筒内靠近顶部吊挂有多个均布的滤袋11，在料筒一侧下部向支架旁边的地下安装有一根进料软管10，在料筒一侧上部安装有一个气包3，在气包外侧安装有一个空气压缩机1，空气压缩机与气包之间连接有导管2，在气包上向滤袋顶部的料筒内安装有一个脉冲阀4，在料筒另一侧的地面上安装有一个引风机6，在引风机上向滤袋顶部该侧的料筒内安装有一根引风管12。工作时引风机在真空状态下把炭黑从池里经软管提升到料筒中，再由空气压缩机把气体压缩到气包中，由脉冲阀反冲清理滤袋与炭黑分离，分离后的炭黑落入料筒内，经阀门和出料口排出，气体由引风机引出。本发明在全封闭状态下运行，避免了体力劳动和污染水源，及湿炭黑质量降低的问题，气体排放达到有关标准。

1.一种真空炭黑提升机，它包括一个立式料筒，其特征在于：料筒安装在一个支架上，在料筒下端的锥形出料口上安装有一个阀门，在料筒内靠近顶部吊挂有多个均布的滤袋，在料筒一侧下部向支架旁边的地下安装有一根进料软管，在料筒一侧上部安装有一个气包，在气包外侧安装有一个空气压缩机，空气压缩机与气包之间连接有导管，在气包上向滤袋顶部的料筒内安装有一个脉冲阀，在料筒另一侧的地面上安装有一个引风机，在引风机上向滤袋顶部该侧的料筒内安装有一根引风管。
