Claims (5)
- 측면 상단에 리본 권취릴(10)을 탑재할 수 있는 프레임(11)이 설치된 지지 테이블(3)을 구비한 태양전지의 도체 리본 절단기에 있어서,상기 리본 권취릴(10)의 도체 리본(5)을 파지하여 설정 길이만큼 뽑아내도록 상기 도체 리본(5)을 파지하는 파지부(13), 상기 파지부(13)를 지지하는 이동 기대(15),상기 이동 기대(15)를 좌우로 왕복 운동시키는 파지부 실린더(17)와 상기 도체 리본(5)의 인출 길이가 설정 길이가 된 때 상기 이동 기대(15)를 정지시키는 파지부 멈춤부(19)들로 구성된 파지부 뭉치(7)와,상기 파지부 뭉치(7)에 의해 설정 길이로 인출된 상기 도체 리본(5)을 절단하도록 상부 절단날(21)을 하부 절단날(23)에 대해 상하로 이동시키는 작동 실린더(25), 상기 상부 및 하부 절단날(21, 23)을 사이에 두고 상기 파지부(13) 대향측에 상기 상부 및 하부 절단날(21, 23)과 인접하여 설치된 리본 홀더(27), 상기 상부 및 하부 절단날(21,23), 상기 절단날 작동 실린더(25), 상기 리본 홀더(27)를 지지하는 절단날 기판(29) 및 상기 절단날 기판(29)을 좌우로 왕복 운동시키는 상부 및 하부 절단날 이송실린더(31)들로 구성되는 절단날뭉치(9)들로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지의 도체 리본 절단기.

- 제1 항에 있어서,외주면의 일부가 상기 도체 리본(5)의 이동 경로와 중첩되도록 상기 이동 경로를 사이에 두고 상하 지그재그로 장착된 복수의 고정 및 회전 인장휠(35,37)을 구비한 리본 인장블록(33)이 상기 리본 권취릴(10)과 상기 절단날 뭉치(9) 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지의 도체 리본 절단기.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 도체 리본(5)이 통과하도록 상기 도체 리본(5)의 이동 경로를 따라 외벽이 관통되어 있으며 내부에 납땜 플럭스가 충진되어 있는 납땜 플럭스 용기(39)가 상기 리본 권취릴(10)과 상기 절단날 뭉치(9) 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징 으로 하는 태양전지의 도체 리본 절단기.
