Abstract
Description
Claims (27)
- 200 이상의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 제1 중합체의 수성 용액으로서, pH 4 이하 또는 pH 8 이상인 제1 중합체의 수성 용액에 플라스틱 물품을 침지시키는 단계를 포함하는, 플라스틱 물품의 표면 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 200 이상의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 제2 중합체의 수성 용액에 침지시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 물품이 히드로겔인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 물품이 15%보다 큰 물 함량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 히드로겔이 1개 이상의 실리콘 원자 및 불소 원자를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 히드로겔이 50 x 10-11 (cm2/sec)[mlO2/(ml·hPa)]보다 큰 산소 투과 계수를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 물품이 실질적으로 물을 함유하지 않는 거대분자인 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 중합체가 카르복실 관능성 중합체인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실 관능성 중합체가 폴리메타크릴산, 폴리이타콘산, 및 메타크릴산, 말레산, 이타콘산, 또는 말레산 무수물 및 반응성 비닐 단량체의 공중합체, 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 중합체인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 중합체가 폴리에틸렌이민인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2 중합체가 비이온성 수용성 중합체인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 수용성 중합체가 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리디메틸아크릴아미드, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드,및 폴리비닐 알콜, 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 중합체인 방법.
- 플라스틱 물품의 표면 상에 200 이상의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 제1 중합체의 박층을 포함하고, 상기 플라스틱 물품과 상기 제1 중합체는 제1 중합체 복합체를 형성한 것이며, 어테뉴에이티드 토탈 리플렉션 스펙트로스코피에 의한 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼에서 1720 cm-1 밴드, 1404 cm-1 내지 1442 cm-1 밴드, 및 1556 cm-1 밴드에서 흡수를 나타내는 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제1 중합체의 박층의 표면 상에 200 이상의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 제2 중합체의 박층을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 제1 중합체와 상기 제2 중합체는 제2 중합체 복합체를 형성한 것인, 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 물품이 히드로겔인 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 히드로겔이 1개 이상의 실리콘 원자 및 불소 원자를 포함하는 것인 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 히드로겔이 15%보다 큰 물 함량을 갖는 것인 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 히드로겔이 50 x 10-11 (cm2/sec)[mlO2/(ml·hPa)]보다 큰 산소 투과 계수를 갖는 것인 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 제1 중합체가 카르복실 관능성 중합체인 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실 관능성 중합체가 폴리메타크릴산, 폴리이타콘산, 및 메타크릴산, 말레산, 이타콘산, 또는 말레산 무수물 및 반응성 비닐 단량체의 공중합체, 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 중합체인 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
- 삭제
- 제16항에 있어서, 제2 중합체가 비이온성 수용성 중합체인 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 수용성 중합체가 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리디메틸아크릴아미드, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 및 폴리비닐 알콜, 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 중합체인 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
- 제19항에 있어서, 제1 중합체가 폴리메타크릴산이고, 플라스틱 물품이 1개 이상의 실리콘 원자 및 불소 원자를 함유하는 컨택트 렌즈인 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 컨택트 렌즈가 50 x 10-11 (cm2/sec)[mlO2/(ml·hPa)]보다 큰 산소 투과 계수를 갖는 것인 표면처리된 플라스틱 물품.
