Claims (4)
- 파워 디바이스를 각각 온 상태·오프 상태로 제어하기 위한 온 신호와 오프 신호를 레벨 시프트하여 출력하는 레벨 시프트 회로와,상기 온 신호와 상기 오프 신호가 양쪽 모두 제1의 임계값 레벨보다 낮을 경우에, 상기 온 신호와 상기 오프 신호의 전달을 저지하는 마스크 회로와,상기 마스크 회로의 앞단에 설치되고, 상기 온 신호와 상기 오프 신호가 양쪽 모두 제2의 임계값 레벨보다 낮을 경우에, 상기 온 신호의 전달 경로와 상기 오프 신호의 전달 경로를 단락하는 단락 회로를 가지고,상기 제2의 임계값 레벨은 상기 제1의 임계값 레벨보다도 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 디바이스의 구동회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 단락 회로는,소스·드레인이 각각 상기 온 신호의 전달 경로와 상기 오프 신호의 전달 경로에 접속된 NMOS트랜지스터와,상기 온 신호와 상기 오프 신호를 각각 인버터 게이트를 통해 입력하고, 상기 NMOS트랜지스터의 게이트에 출력하는 AND게이트를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 디바이스의 구동회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 단락 회로는,드레인과 게이트가 상기 온 신호의 전달 경로에 접속된 제1의 PMOS트랜지스터와,드레인과 게이트가 상기 오프 신호의 전달 경로에 접속되고, 소스가 상기 제1의 PMOS트랜지스터의 소스에 접속된 제2의 PMOS트랜지스터를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 디바이스의 구동회로.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단락 회로와 상기 마스크 회로 사이에 설치된 지연회로를 더 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 디바이스의 구동회로.
