Claims (8)
- (A) 다수의 세공이 형성된 세라믹 다공체로 이루어지는 칸막이 벽을 갖고, 그 칸막이 벽에 의해 유체의 유로가 되는 셀이 형성된 기재와; (B) 다수의 세공이 형성되고, 그 평균 세공 직경이 상기 칸막이 벽 표면에 비해 작은 세라믹 다공체로 이루어지며, 상기 칸막이 벽 표면에 배치되는 여과막과; (C) 적어도 상기 기재의 단면을 피복하도록 배치된 유리 시일을 구비한 세라믹 필터로서,상기 유리 시일은 내식성이 우수한 무알카리 유리로 구성되고,상기 내식성이 우수한 무알카리 유리는 실리카(SiO2)를 55 내지 65 mol%, 지르코니아(ZrO2)를 1 내지 10 mol%, 산화칼슘(CaO), 산화바륨(BaO) 및 산화스트론튬(SrO)의 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 알카리 토류 금속 산화물을 함유하며,상기 내식성이 우수한 무알카리 유리 전체에서 산화아연(ZnO)이 차지하는 함유율이 2 mol% 이하인 것인 세라믹 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 다공체의 일부 또는 전체는, 골재 입자 끼리를 유리 성분에 의해 결합시킨 구조를 갖는 것인 세라믹 필터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무알카리 유리는, 상기 알카리 토류 금속 산화물을 20 내지 30 mol% 함유하는 것인 세라믹 필터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알카리 토류 금속 산화물은, 이들 알카리 토류 금속 산화물 전체의 몰수에 대하여 20 내지 50 mol%의 산화칼슘을 함유하는 것인 세라믹 필터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알카리 토류 금속 산화물은, 이들 알카리 토류 금속 산화물 전체의 몰수에 대하여 20 내지 50 mol%의 산화칼슘을 함유하는 것인 세라믹 필터.
- 실리카(SiO2)를 55 내지 65 mol%, 지르코니아(ZrO2)를 1 내지 10 mol%, 산화칼슘(CaO), 산화바륨(BaO) 및 산화스트론튬(SrO)의 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 알카리 토류 금속 산화물을 함유하며, 무알카리 유리 전체에서 산화아연(ZnO)이 차지하는 함유율이 2 mol% 이하인 것인 내식성이 우수한 무알카리 유리.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 알카리 토류 금속 산화물을 20 내지 30 mol% 함유하는 것인 무알카리 유리.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 알카리 토류 금속 산화물은, 이들 알카리 토류 금속 산화물 전체의 몰수에 대하여 20 내지 50 mol%의 산화칼슘을 함유하는 것인 무알카리 유리.
