Claims (5)
- 다른 재봉틀 부품과의 접촉면에 진동이 가해지는 재봉틀 부품으로서,소정의 형상으로 형성된 베이스와, 상기 베이스 표면의 적어도 일부에 설치된 다른 재봉틀 부품과 접촉하는 접촉면을 가지며,상기 베이스는, 크롬 성분이 1.0중량%를 초과하여 함유되는 철강 재료에 의해 형성되고,상기 접촉면은, 상기 베이스를 질화 처리, 혹은 조질 처리에 질화 처리를 부가한 복합 처리를 실시함으로써 설치된 경화층에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉틀 부품.
- 다른 재봉틀 부품과의 접촉면에 진동이 가해지는 재봉틀 부품으로서,소정의 형상으로 형성된 베이스와, 상기 베이스 표면의 적어도 일부에 설치된 다른 재봉틀 부품과 접촉하는 접촉면을 가지며,상기 베이스는, 크롬 성분이 1.0중량%를 초과하여 함유됨과 동시에, 카본, 텅스텐, 바나듐, 코발트, 몰리브덴 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 성분을 함유하여 이루어지는 철강 재료에 의해 형성되고,상기 접촉면은, 경도가 Hv 700이상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉틀 부품.
- 다른 재봉틀 부품과의 접촉면에 진동이 가해지는 재봉틀 부품으로서,소정의 형상으로 형성된 베이스와, 상기 베이스 표면의 적어도 일부에 설치된 다른 재봉틀 부품과 접촉하는 접촉면을 가지며,상기 베이스는, 크롬 성분이 1.0중량%를 초과하여 함유됨과 동시에, 카본, 텅스텐, 바나듐, 코발트, 몰리브덴 및 알루미늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 성분을 함유하며, 나머지가 철 성분으로 되어 있는 소결 금속에 의해 형성되고,상기 접촉면은, 경도가 Hv 750이상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉틀 부품.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉면은, 상기 베이스를 조질 처리, 질화 처리 및 조질 처리에 질화 처리를 부가한 복합 처리 중 어느 하나의 처리를 실시함으로써 설치된 경화층에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉틀 부품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉면은, 상기 베이스를 조질 처리, 질화 처리 및 조질 처리에 질화 처리를 부가한 복합 처리 중 어느 하나의 처리를 실시함으로써 설치된 경화층에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉틀 부품.
