Claims (1)
- 자동차용 허브베어링의 조립과정에서 틈새를 측정하기 위한 방법에 있어서,차축에 관통 결합되는 허브(10)의 외주에 허브측 볼(41)을 설치하고 상기 허브측 볼(41)의 외주에 대향하여 외륜(30)을 설치하고 내륜측 볼(40)을 설치한 후 상기 외륜(30)의 상부에 대향하여 내륜(20)을 설치한 상태에서 상기 허브(10)를 형틀(60)에 고정시키는 단계(S100);상기 외륜(30)의 진동 및 움직임을 방지하기 위해 5kgf 미만의 하중을 외륜(30)의 외면에 가하는 단계(S110);원통형의 압입지그(50)를 상기 내륜(20)의 단면(23)에 접촉시키고, 상기 내륜(20)을 허브(10)에 서서히 압입하는 단계(S120);상기 외륜(30) 및 상기 압입지그(50)의 위치변화를 외부측정장치에 의해 측정하는 단계(S130);상기 내륜(20)이 내륜측 볼(40)에 접촉되어 상기 외륜(30)의 움직임이 발생할 때 상기 압입지그(50)의 변위를 측정하는 단계(S140);상기 내륜(20)을 완전히 허브(10)에 압입한 후 상기 압입지그(50)의 변위를 측정하는 단계(S150);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 허브베어링의 틈새 측정방법.
