Claims (7)
- 내연 기관의 실린더 헤드의 상면 개구를 덮는 헤드 커버를 구비하는 동시에,실린더 헤드에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 캠 샤프트의 피검출부를 감지하여, 캠 샤프트의 회전각을 검출하는 캠각 센서를 구비하는 내연 기관의 캠각 센서 설치 구조에 있어서,실린더 헤드의 캠 베어링부에 고정되어 캠 샤프트를 회전 가능하게 지지하는데 이용되는 캠 브래킷과는 별도로, 상기 실린더 헤드에 접촉 상태로 설치되며, 상기 캠각 센서를 설치하기 위한 센서 브래킷과,상기 실린더 헤드 커버와 상기 센서 브래킷 사이에 배치되며, 상기 실린더 헤드 커버와 상기 센서 브래킷을 비접촉 상태로 설치하기 위한 가스킷을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 캠각 센서 설치 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드 커버가 합성 수지제이고, 상기 실린더 헤드 및 센서 브래킷이 금속제인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 캠각 센서 설치 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캠각 센서는, 그 감지부가 하방을 향하는 자세로 센서 브래킷에 상방으로부터 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 캠각 센서 설치 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 헤드의 상면 개구 주연부와 헤드 커버의 하면 개구 주연부가 전체 주위에 걸쳐 제1 가스킷을 거쳐서 밀봉되어 있는 동시에,상기 헤드 커버에 브래킷 개구부가 개구 형성되어 있고, 이 브래킷 개구부의 이면 개구 주연부와, 상기 센서 브래킷의 상면 외주연부가, 제2 가스킷을 거쳐서 전체 주위에 걸쳐 밀봉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 캠각 센서 설치 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 센서 브래킷은, 실린더 헤드의 상면 개구 주연부에 대해 실린더 헤드의 양측벽 및 후방벽 중앙부의 3 군데에서 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 캠각 센서 설치 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 센서 브래킷이 V형 내연 기관의 양뱅크에서 공통되어 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 캠각 센서 설치 구조.
- 내연 기관의 실린더 헤드의 상면 개구를 덮는 헤드 커버를 구비하는 동시에,실린더 헤드에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 캠 샤프트의 피검출부를 감지하여, 캠 샤프트의 회전각을 검출하는 캠각 센서를 구비하는 내연 기관의 캠각 센서 설치 방법에 있어서,상기 캠각 센서를 설치하는 센서 브래킷을, 실린더 헤드의 캠 베어링부에 고 정되어 캠 샤프트를 회전 가능하게 지지하는데 이용되는 캠 브래킷과는 별도로, 상기 실린더 헤드에 접촉 상태로 설치하고,상기 실린더 헤드 커버는 가스킷을 거쳐서 비접촉 상태로 상기 센서 브래킷에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 캠각 센서 설치 방법.
