Claims (7)
- (A) 식: R2SiO2/2로 나타내어지는 실록산 단위 80~96.5몰%, 식: RSiO3/2로 나타내어지는 실록산 단위 1.0~10.0몰%, 및 식: R3SiO1/2로 나타내어지는 실록산 단위 0.25~10.0몰%로 이루어진 액상 오르가노폴리실록산(식중, R은 같거나 또는 다른 1가 탄화 수소기이다.), 및 (B) 열전도성 분말로 적어도 이루어진 그리스상 실리콘 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (A)성분의 25℃에서의 점도가 10~100,000mPa·s인 것을 특징으로 하는 그리스상 실리콘 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (B)성분의 평균 입자 직경이 0.1~100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 그리스상 실리콘 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (B)성분이, 알루미나 분말, 석영 분말, 산화 아연 분말, 탄화 규소 분말, 및 질화 알루미늄 분말로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 열전도성 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 그리스상 실리콘 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (B)성분의 함유량이 (A)성분 100중량부에 대하여 10~2,000중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 그리스상 실리콘 조성물.
