Claims (13)
- 주기율표의 ⅣB족(IUPAC 4) 원소중 하나 이상의 황산화된 산화물 또는 수산화물이 침착되어 있는 지지체를 포함하는 촉매로서, 제1 성분은 루테튬, 이테르븀, 툴륨, 에르븀, 홀륨, 테르븀, 이들의 혼합물 및 이트륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 제2 성분은 하나 이상의 백금족 금속(platinum-group metal) 성분을 포함하는 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 성분은 원소를 기준으로 촉매의 0.01∼10 질량% 포함되어 있고, 상기 제2 성분은 원소를 기준으로 촉매의 0.01∼2 질량% 포함되어 있는 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 ⅣB족(IUPAC 4) 원소는 지르코늄을 포함하는 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 원소를 기준으로 0.5∼5 질량%의 황을 포함하는 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 성분은 하나의 단일 란탄족 원소 성분 또는 이트륨 성분이고, 상기 제2 성분은 백금족 금속으로부터 선택된 하나의 단일 금속인 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 레늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 제3 성분을 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제3 성분은 0.1∼5 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 철이고, 상기 제2 성분은 백금인 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 성분은 이테르븀, 루테튬, 툴륨 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 탄화수소 전환에 적당한 촉매의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 촉매는 주기율표의 ⅣB족(IUPAC 4) 원소의 산화물 또는 수산화물중 하나 이상을 포함하는 황산화된 지지체를 포함하고, 제1 성분은 루테튬, 이테르븀, 툴륨, 에르븀, 홀륨, 테르븀, 이들의 혼합물 및 이트륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 제2 성분은 백금족 금속 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 방법은 주기율표의 ⅣB족(IUPAC 4) 원소중 하나 이상의 산화물 또는 수산화물을 황산화시켜, 황산화된 지지체를 형성하는 단계 ; 상기 황산화된 지지체상에 상기 제1 성분을 침착시키는 단계 ; 및 상기 제2 성분을 침착시켜 상기 촉매를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 전환된 생성물을 얻기 위해 고체 산 촉매와 공급물을 접촉시켜 탄화수소를 전환시키는 방법으로서, 상기 촉매는 주기율표의 ⅣB족(IUPAC 4)의 하나 이상의 원소의 황산화된 산화물 또는 수산화물을 포함하는 지지체와, 루테튬, 이테르븀, 툴륨, 에르븀, 홀륨, 테르븀, 이들의 혼합물 및 이트륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제1 성분, 백금족 금속 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제2 성분을 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 이성체화 조건(온도 = 40∼250℃, 압력 = 100 kPa∼10 MPa 및 액체의 시간당 공간 속도 = 0.2∼25 hr-1)으로 유지시킨 이성체화 대역에서 상기 파라핀계 공급원료와 고체 산 촉매를 접촉시키고, 이소파라핀이 풍부한(isoparaffin-rich) 생성물을 회수함으로써, 상기 파라핀계 공급원료를 이성체화시켜 이소파라핀 함량이 증가된 생성물을 얻는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 이성체화 촉매는 내화성 무기-산화물 결합제를 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 이소파라핀 풍부 생성물중 적어도 일부를 사용하여 가솔린 생성물을 혼합하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.
