Claims (22)
- (i) 아크릴 포움 전구체 조성물 및 (ii) 기포 형성용 가스의 혼합물을 (a) 혼합물이 흐르는 흐름 경로가 제공된 케이싱, (b) 이 케이싱을 통해 연장되어 있는 교반기 및 (c) 상기 케이싱내에 배치되며 상기 케이싱내에 상기 교반기로부터 방사상으로 연장되어 있는 교반 블레이드를 구비한 교반 혼합 장치중으로 도입하는 단계,혼합물이 흐름 경로를 통과함에 따라 교반기 및 교반 블레이드를 진동시킴으로써 혼합물을 교반하여 아크릴 포움 전구체 조성물내에 기포를 형성시키는 단계,기포를 함유하는 아크릴 포움 전구체 조성물을 기재상으로 코팅하는 단계, 및아크릴 포움 전구체 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 아크릴 포움 감압성 접착제의 제조 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 아크릴 포움 감압성 접착제.
- 제2항의 아크릴 포움 감압성 접착제를 베이스 필름 기재상에 포함하는 감압성 접착제 테이프.
