Abstract

Claims (6)
- 탄소재에 탄화물을 포함하는 팩 파우더에 의해 제공되는 실리콘 가스 또는 실리콘 산화 가스를 반응시켜, 상기 탄소재의 표면에 SiC를 포함하는 제1 코팅층을 증착하는 단계;상기 제1 코팅층이 형성된 탄소재를 폴리카보실란 용액으로 딥 코팅하여 제2 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제2 코팅층을 열분해하여 탄화물을 형성하기 위해 상기 탄소재를 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소재의 내산화성 다층 코팅 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리카보실란은 폴리메틸카보실란, 폴리메틸페닐카보실란, 폴리비닐카보실란 및 폴리메틸실란으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 최소한 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소재의 내산화성 다층 코팅 형성 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 팩 파우더의 탄화물은 SiC 또는 B4C인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소재의 내산화성 다층 코팅 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 코팅층 형성 단계에서 폴리카보실란 용액에서의 딥 코팅은 용액의 농도를 달리하여 복수회 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소재의 내산화성 다층 코팅 형성 방법.
