Claims (7)
- 삭제
- 증류수, 세라믹분말, 단량체로써 아크릴아마이드(acrylamide), 이량체로써 메틸렌비스아크릴아마이드(N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide) 및 분산제를 볼밀에 투입하고 일정시간 볼밀링하여 슬러리를 형성하는 단계;상기 슬러리에 존재하는 기포를 진공상태에서 제거하는 단계;상기 슬러리에 반응개시제와 촉매제를 첨가하고, 상기 슬러리를 몰드에 주입하여 겔 성형체를 형성하는 단계;상기 겔 성형체를 곡면형태의 건조지그 상에서 건조하여 곡면형태의 겔 성형체로 성형하는 단계; 및상기 곡면형태의 겔 성형체를 소결하는 단계;를 포함하며,상기 세라믹분말은 알루미나(Al2O3), 보론카바이드(B4C), 질화규소(Si3N4), 보론나이트라이드(BN), 탄화규소(SiC), 질화알루미늄(AlN) 및 지르코니아(ZrO2)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면형태의 세라믹 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 반응개시제는 암모니움퍼셀페이트(ammonium persulfate)이고,상기 촉매제는 테트라메틸에틸렌다이아민(N,N,N',N'-tetramethylenediamine)인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면형태의 세라믹 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 곡면형태의 건조지그는 기공율이 5 내지 65%인 다공질재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면형태의 세라믹 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 곡면형태의 건조지그는 석고, 다공질수지, 다공질세라믹 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면형태의 세라믹 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 겔 성형체를 곡면형태의 건조지그 상에서 건조하여 곡면형태의 겔 성형체로 성형하는 단계는상기 곡면형태의 건조지그 상에 메쉬망을 깔고, 상기 메쉬망 상에 상기 겔 성형체를 올려놓은 상태에서 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면형태의 세라믹 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 곡면형태의 알루미나 소결체.
