Claims (4)
- 운전자의 조작에 따라 중립위치, 전진위치, 후진위치로 각각 시프트되는 전후진레버(30)와, 상기 전후진레버(30)의 전진위치에 따라 여자되는 전진 솔레노이드(50)와, 상기 전후진레버(30)의 후진위치에 따라 여자되는 후진 솔레노이드(52)와, 상기 전진 솔레노이드(50)와 후진 솔레노이드(52)의 여자 및 소자에 따라 계합되거나 해방되면서 차량을 전진 또는 후진으로 변속시키는 변속기(10)를 구비하는 엔진식 지게차에 있어서,상기 운전자가 운전석에서 이탈하였는가를 감지하는 운전자 이탈감지수단(60)과;상기 운전자 이탈감지수단(60)에서 운전자 이탈 신호가 입력되면, 상기 전진 솔레노이드(50)와 후진 솔레노이드(52)를 소자시켜 상기 변속기(10)를 중립상태로 제어하는 상기 변속제어유닛(40)을 포함하며,상기 변속제어유닛(40)은, 상기 운전자의 이탈에 의해 상기 변속기(10)가 중립 상태인 경우, 상기 운전자가 운전석에 다시 착석하더라도 지속적으로 상기 전진 솔레노이드(50)와 후진 솔레노이드(52)를 소자시키되, 상기 전후진레버(30)가 중립위치로 시프트되어야만 상기 전후진레버(30)의 조작에 따라 상기 전진 솔레노이드(50)와 후진 솔레노이드(52)가 여자 및 소자되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진식 지게차의 주행 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 변속제어유닛(40)은,상기 전진 솔레노이드(50)와 후진 솔레노이드(52) 중 어느 하나가 여자되어 차량이 전진주행 또는 후진주행하고 있는 상태에서 상기 운전자 이탈감지수단(60)에서 운전자 이탈 신호가 입력되면, 상기 전진 솔레노이드(50)와 후진 솔레노이드 (52) 모두 다 소자시키는 것을 포함하는 엔진식 지게차의 주행 제어장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 운전자 이탈감지수단(60)은,상기 운전석에서 상기 운전자가 이탈할 경우, 온(on)되도록 상기 운전석 시트에 설치되는 온/오프 스위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진식 지게차의 주행 제어장치.
