Description
Claims (20)
- 구동 샤프트(63)를 갖는 전기모터;윈도우 슬라이더(2);상기 구동 샤프트(63)에 의하여 구동되는 입력(input)(62)과 상기 슬라이더(2)를 구동시키는 출력(output)(5)을 갖는 전동장치(5,61,62,73); 및분할 베어링(69)에 의하여 상기 구동 샤프트를 고정시킴으로써 상기 슬라이더(2)의 위치를 선택적으로 고정시키는 압전소자(68)를 구비하는 윈도우 레귤레이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압전소자(68)가 슬라이더의 위치를 고정시킬 수 있는 마찰면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 윈도우 레귤레이터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 마찰면이 상기 샤프트상에 0.15이상의 마찰계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 윈도우 레귤레이터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전동장치는 기어모터의 출력 속도보다 더 높은 기어모터의 입력 속도를 가지는 감속기어를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 윈도우 레귤레이터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 감속기어는 웜 휠 시스템(62,61)을 구비하고, 상기 웜(62)이 상기 구동 샤프트(63)상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윈도우 레귤레이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압전소자가 구동 샤프트의 저널(journal)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윈도우 레귤레이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모터는 저널을 갖는 하우징을 구비하고,상기 압전소자는 상기 저널에 영구히 수용되는 외부면과 상기 베어링상에 작용하는 내부면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 윈도우 레귤레이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압전소자(piezoelement)는 피에조수축성(piezostrictive)인 것을 특징으로 하는 윈도우 레귤레이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압전소자는 슬라이더의 운동을 선택적으로 제동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윈도우 레귤레이터.
- 구동 샤프트(63);상기 구동 샤프트(63)에 연결되고 기어모터의 출력 속도보다 더 높은 기어 모터의 입력 속도를 가지는 감속기어; 및분할 베어링(69)에 의하여 상기 구동 샤프트(63)를 선택적으로 고정시키는 압전소자(68)를 구비하는 기어 모터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 압전소자는 샤프트를 고정시킬 수 있는 마찰면을 가지며, 이 면은 상기 샤프트와의 마찰계수가 0.15 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 모터.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 감속기어는 웜 휠 시스템(62,61)을 가지고, 상기 웜(62)이 상기 구동 샤프트(63)상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 모터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 압전소자가 상기 구동 샤프트의 저널을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 모터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 기어 모터는 저널을 갖는 하우징을 구비하고,상기 압전소자는 상기 저널에 영구히 수용되는 외부면과 상기 베어링에 작용하는 내부면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 모터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 압전소자는 피에조수축성인 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 모터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 압전소자가 상기 구동 샤프트를 선택적으로 제동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 모터.
- 모터가 꺼져있을 때 압전소자에 의하여 슬라이더의 위치를 고정시키는 단계; 및모터에 전원이 공급될 때 슬라이더의 위치 고정을 해제시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 윈도우 레귤레이터 동작방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 압전소자는 2개의 단자를 가지고, 피에조수축성이며, 슬라이더 고정단계동안 전원이 공급되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 윈도우 레귤레이터 동작방법.
- 모터에 의하여 슬라이더를 구동시키는 단계;장애를 감지하는 단계; 및압전소자에 의하여 상기 슬라이더의 운동을 제동하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 윈도우 레귤레이터 동작방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,장애를 감지한 후에, 상기 모터로의 전원공급을 단락시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윈도우 레귤레이터 동작방법.
