Claims (5)
- 배터리와,엔진에 연결되고, 해당 엔진의 시동시에, 상기 배터리의 전력에 의해 구동되어 해당 엔진을 시동하고, 또한, 해당 엔진의 시동 후, 해당 엔진에 구동되어 교류 전력을 발생하는 차량용 회전 전기기계와,상기 배터리의 정부 단자 사이에 직렬 접속된 한 쌍의 스위칭 소자 및 해당 스위칭 소자에 병렬 접속된 다이오드를 복수조 가지며, 직렬 접속된 스위칭 소자의 접속점이 상기 차량용 회전 전기기계에 접속된 인버터와,상기 엔진의 시동시에, 상기 스위칭 소자를 ON/OFF시켜서 상기 배터리의 전력을 상기 차량용 회전 전기기계에 공급하여 해당 차량용 회전 전기기계를 구동시키고, 상기 엔진의 시동 후, 상기 스위칭 소자를 제어하여 상기 다이오드군에 의해 상기 차량용 회전 전기기계에서 발생하는 교류 전력을 정류시켜서 상기 배터리를 충전하도록 상기 인버터를 제어하는 제어 장치를 구비한 차량용 시동발전 장치에 있어서,상기 차량용 회전 전기기계는, 전기자 코일이 권회된 전기자 철심과, 상기 전기자 철심의 내주측에 배치된 클로우폴형 회전자 철심 및 해당 클로우폴형 회전자 철심의 폴형상 자극 내주측에 권장된 계자 코일을 갖는 회전자를 구비하고,또한, 영구자석이 이웃하는 상기 폴형상 자극 사이에 배설되고,상기 제어 장치는, 상기 엔진의 시동 후, 상용 회전 속도역에 도달할 때까지는 상기 스위칭 소자를 ON/OFF시켜서 인버터 발전 모드로 발전시키고, 상용 회전 속도역에 도달 후, 상기 스위칭 소자를 OFF로 하여 교류 발전 모드를 발전시키도록 상기 인버터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시동발전 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는, 시동 운전시에, 회전 속도가 커짐에 따라, 상기 계자 코일에 통전되는 계자 전류를 저감하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시동발전 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는, 시동 운전시의 계자 기자력이, 발전 운전시의 최대 계자 기자력보다 커지도록 상기 계자 코일에 통전되는 계자 전류를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시동발전 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는, 시동 운전시, 계자 전류 제어 듀티 100%로 상기 계자 전류를 상기 계자 코일에 통전하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시동발전 장치.
