Claims (4)
- 소용돌이형의 랩이 기립 설치된 고정 스크롤과, 상기 고정 스크롤에 대향하여 선회 가능하게 설치되고 상기 고정 스크롤의 랩 사이에 복수의 압축실을 형성하는 소용돌이형의 랩이 기립 설치된 선회 스크롤과, 상기 선회 스크롤의 배면 중심부에 있어서 토출 압력에 가까운 압력을 갖고, 밀폐 용기 바닥부에 저류된 윤활유가 유도되는 제1 공간과, 상기 선회 스크롤의 배면에 마련되고 토출 압력과 흡입 압력 사이의 압력이 되는 제2 공간을 구비하고, 상기 제1 공간으로부터 상기 제2 공간에 필요 최소한의 윤활유를 누출시키는 수단과, 상기 제1 공간 내의 대부분의 윤활유를 밀폐 용기 내의 압축 가스와 혼합시키지 않고 밀폐 용기 바닥부로 복귀시키는 수단을 마련하고, 또한 상기 제2 공간 내의 압력 조정을 위해 상기 고정 스크롤의 최외주 랩의 이끝에 형성된 연통로를 거쳐서 도입되는 흡입 압력 또는 압축 초기 압력과 상기 제2 공간 내의 압력과의 차이에 따라서, 상기 제2 공간 내의 유체를 상기 연통로를 거쳐서 흡입실 또는 압축실로 릴리프하는 배압 조정 밸브를 구비한 스크롤 압축기에 있어서,상기 압축실 중에서 상기 연통로 내의 평균 압력보다 높은 평균 압력이 되는 압축실과, 상기 제2 공간을 연통하는 관통 구멍이 상기 선회 스크롤에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관통 구멍은 상기한 공간에 면하는 상기 선회 스크롤 의 경판으로부터 상기 선회 스크롤의 랩의 이끝까지 관통하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관통 구멍은 상기 압축실로 통하는 측의 구멍 직경이 상기 공간으로 통하는 측의 구멍 직경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유체는 냉매 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
