Claims (8)
- 클램핑 슬리브(2)가 진동을 야기하는 부품 상에 압력 하에 장착될 수 있고,센서 시스템(7, 5, 6) 및 그 위에 놓인 진동 질량체를 포함하고, 이들은 상기 클램핑 슬리브(2)의 외부에서 축방향 초기 응력 하에 상기 클램핑 슬리브(2)의 플랜지형 에지(3)의 베이스 면에 나사 결합에 의해 고정되고,상기 진동 질량체(8)에 내부 나사가 제공되고, 상기 진동 질량체는 축방향 초기 응력의 발생을 위해 상기 센서 시스템(7)의 방향으로 나사 결합될 수 있는 클램핑 슬리브를 포함한 진동 픽업에 있어서,상기 진동 질량체(8)의 축방향 경계면 중 하나는, 상기 진동 질량체(8)의 축방향 벽 두께가 중심을 향해 감소되도록 오목하게 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 진동 질량체(8)의 2개의 축방향 경계면은, 상기 진동 질량체(8)의 축방향 벽 두께가 중심을 향해 감소되도록 오목하게 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업.
- 센서 시스템(7, 5, 6)을 가진 클램핑 슬리브(2) 및 진동 질량체(8) 둘레에 놓인 플라스틱 사출 성형 하우징(1)을 포함한, 제 1 항에 따른 진동 픽업에 있어서,상기 진동 질량체(8)가 적어도 하나의 측면 상에 있는 홈들(14, 15, 16)을 포함하고, 상기 홈들을 통해 플라스틱이 압출 코팅 동안 상기 센서 시스템(7)과 상기 클램핑 슬리브(2) 사이의 내부 공간(17)내로 도입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업.
- 센서 시스템(7, 5, 6)을 가진 클램핑 슬리브(2) 및 진동 질량체(8) 둘레에 놓인 플라스틱 사출 성형 하우징(1)을 포함한, 제 1 항에 따른 진동 픽업에 있어서,상기 센서 시스템(7)이 적어도 하나의 측면 상에 있는 홈들(18, 19, 20, 21)을 포함하고, 상기 홈들을 통해 플라스틱이 압출 코팅 동안 센서 시스템(7, 5, 6)과 클램핑 슬리브(2) 사이의 내부 공간(17)내로 도입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,적어도 2개의 방사 방향으로 연장하는, 서로 마주 놓인 홈들(14, 15, 16)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업.
- 제 3 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 진동 질량체(8) 또는 상기 센서 시스템(7)의 2개의 축방향 경계면 상의 홈들이 각각 90°만큼 서로 오프셋되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업.
- 클램핑 슬리브(2)의 베이스 면(4)이 부품 상에 조립되기 이전에 방사 방향으로 내부를 향해 오목하게 연장하는 윤곽을 가지며, 상기 윤곽은 조립의 압력에 의해 변경될 수 있는, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 진동 픽업에 있어서,상기 베이스 면이 조립 이전에 방사 방향으로 내부를 향해 볼록하게 연장하는 윤곽을 가지고, 상기 윤곽은 조립 이후에 적어도 센서 시스템(7, 5, 6)이 대략 평탄하게 상기 베이스 면에 배치되도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 픽업.
