Claims (11)
- 흡기 밸브 및 배기 밸브 중 적어도 어느 일방의 개(開)밸브 특성을 변화시킬 수 있는 동(動)밸브 기구를 갖고, 연료 및 공기의 혼합기(混合氣)를 연소실의 내부에서 연소시켜 동력을 발생시키는 내연 기관의 제어 장치로서,상기 연소실에 있어서의 통내 압력을 검출하는 통내압 검출수단, 및상기 흡기 밸브와 상기 배기 밸브의 밸브 오버랩 중의 흡입 공기의 압력과, 상기 밸브 오버랩 중의 배기 가스의 압력과, 상기 통내압 검출수단에 의해 검출된 압축 행정 중의 통내 압력과, 상기 밸브 오버랩 중의 가스 통과 유효 면적에 기초하여, 상기 연소실에 흡입된 공기의 양을 산출하는 흡입 공기량 산출수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 오버랩 중의 배기 가스의 압력은, 상기 밸브 오버랩 전 또는 개시시에 상기 통내압 검출수단에 의해 검출되는 통내 압력에 기초하여 추정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 제어장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 오버랩 중의 배기 가스의 압력이, 또한 내연 기관의 부하에도 기초하여 추정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 제어장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 내연 기관의 부하가 미리 정한 부하보다 높은 경우에는, 상기 밸브 오버랩 중의 배기 가스의 압력이 상기 밸브 오버랩 전 또는 개시시에 상기 통내압 검출수단에 의해 검출되는 통내 압력보다 높게 추정되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 제어장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내연 기관은, 상기 연소실을 복수 가짐과 함께, 상기 연소실마다 상기 통내압 검출수단을 구비하고 있고, 어느 하나의 연소실에 있어서의 상기 밸브 오버랩 중의 흡입 공기의 압력은, 그 연소실에 선행하여 흡기 행정이 실행되는 연소실의 흡기 하사점(下死點)에 있어서의 통내 압력에 기초하여 추정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 제어장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,제 1 흡입 공기량 산출수단이 되는 상기 흡입 공기량 산출수단과는 별도의 수법으로 상기 연소실에 흡입되는 공기의 양을 산출하는 제 2 흡입 공기량 산출수단을 추가로 구비하고 있고, 상기 제 1 흡입 공기량 산출수단에 의해서 산출된 상기 연소실에 흡입된 공기의 양과, 상기 제 2 흡입 공기량 산출수단에 의해서 산출된 상기 연소실에 흡입되는 공기의 양에 기초하여, 상기 내연 기관의 제어를 위해 사용하는 상기 연소실에 흡입되는 공기의 양을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 제어장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 흡입 공기량 산출수단에 의해서 산출된 금회의 사이클에 있어서 상기 연소실에 흡입되는 공기의 양을, 상기 제 1 흡입 공기량 산출수단에 의해서 산출된 전회의 사이클에 있어서 상기 연소실에 흡입된 공기의 양에 기초하여 보정함으로써 금회의 사이클에 있어서 상기 연소실에 흡입되는 공기의 양을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 제어장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 흡입 공기량 산출수단에 의해서 산출된 금회의 사이클에 있어서 상기 연소실에 흡입되는 공기의 양을, 상기 제 1 흡입 공기량 산출수단에 의해서 산출된 전회의 사이클에 있어서 상기 연소실에 흡입된 공기의 양과 상기 제 2 흡입 공기량 산출수단에 의해서 산출된 전회의 사이클에 있어서 상기 연소실에 흡입된 공기의 양의 차이에 기초하여 보정함으로써 금회의 사이클에 있어서 상기 연소실에 흡입되는 공기의 양을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 제어장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 흡입 공기량 산출수단에 의해서 산출된 전회의 사이클에 있어서 상기 연소실에 흡입된 공기의 양과 상기 제 2 흡입 공기량 산출수단에 의해서 산출된 전회의 사이클에 있어서 상기 연소실에 흡입된 공기의 양의 차이가 미리 정한 값 이상인 경우에는, 상기 제 2 흡입 공기량 산출수단에 의해서 산출된 금회의 사이클에 있어서 상기 연소실에 흡입되는 공기의 양을 상기 차이에 기초하여 보정함으로써 금회의 사이클에 있어서 상기 연소실에 흡입되는 공기의 양을 산출하는 것이 금지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가스 통과 유효 면적은, 상기 밸브 오버랩 중에 있어서의 흡기 밸브 및 배기 밸브의 리프트량과 기관 회전수에 기초하여 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 제어장치.
- 흡기 밸브 및 배기 밸브 중 적어도 어느 일방의 개밸브 특성을 변화시킬 수 있는 동밸브 기구를 갖고, 연료 및 공기의 혼합기를 연소실의 내부에서 연소시켜 동력을 발생시키는 내연 기관의 제어 방법으로서,상기 흡기 밸브와 상기 배기 밸브의 밸브 오버랩 중의 흡입 공기의 압력과, 상기 밸브 오버랩 중의 배기 가스의 압력과, 상기 내연 기관의 압축 행정 중의 상기 연소실에 있어서의 통내 압력과, 상기 밸브 오버랩 중의 가스 통과 유효 면적에 기초하여, 상기 연소실내에 흡입된 공기의 양을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 제어방법.
