Claims (10)
- (i) 올레핀 중합체 및 (ii) 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 25 내지 45 중량%의 카본블랙을 포함하며, 상기 카본 블랙은(a) 29 nm 이상의 입자 크기;(b) 100% 이하의 착색력;(c) 질소 분위기하의 950 ℃에서, 카본 블랙의 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 이하의 휘발성분의 손실;(d) 80 내지 300 ㎤/100g의 DBP(디부틸 프탈레이트) 오일 흡수;(e) 30 내지 300 ㎡/g의 질소 표면 흡착 면적 또는 30 내지 300 g/kg의 요오드 흡착 계수;(f) 30 내지 150 ㎡/g의 CTAB(세틸트리메틸 암모늄 브로마이드) 표면적; 및(g) 상기 (e) : (f)의 비율이 1.1 이상;의 성질을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카본 블랙은 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 25 내지 45 중량%로 존재하며,(a) 29 내지 70 nm의 입자 크기;(b) 90% 이하의 착색력;(c) 질소 기압하의 950 ℃에서, 카본 블랙의 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 이하의 휘발성분의 손실;(d) 80 내지 130 ㎤/100g의 DBP(디부틸 프탈레이트) 오일 흡수;(e) 40 내지 140 ㎡/g의 질소 표면 흡착 면적 또는 40 내지 140 g/kg의 요오드 흡착 계수;(f) 40 내지 90 ㎡/g의 CTAB(세틸트리메틸 암모늄 브로마이드) 표면적; 및(g) 상기 (e) : (f)의 비율이 1.3 이상;의 성질을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 알파 올레핀의 공중합체이며, 상기 알파 올레핀은 상기 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 50 중량%의 함량으로 상기 공중합체에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 에틸렌, 및 비닐 에스테르, 아크릴산 에스테르 및 메타크릴산 에스테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 불포화 에스테르의 공중합체이며, 상기 에스테르는 상기 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 60 중량%의 함량으로 상기 공중합체에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 에틸렌, 알파 올레핀, 및 비닐 에스테르, 아크릴산 에스테르 및 메타크릴산 에스테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 불포화 에스테르의 삼원공중합체이며, 상기 에스테르는 상기 삼원공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 60 중량%의 함량으로 상기 공중합체에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 중합체는 하나 이상의 혼화가능한 올레핀 중합체의 블렌드인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 중합체는 폴리올레핀, 및 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 50 중량%의 아크릴로니트릴을 함유하는 부타디엔/아크릴로니트릴 공중합체의 블렌드인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교결합된 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 7일간의 노출 후 90 ℃에서 10,000 Ω-cm 이하의 부피저항을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 하나 이상의 전기적 전도체 또는 전기적 전도체의 코아(core)를 포함하며, 각각의 전도체 또는 코아는 제1항의 조성물을 포함하는 하나 이상의 층으로 둘러싸인 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
