Description
Claims (9)
- 고내열성 전방향족 폴리에스테르의 제조방법에 있어서,1) 파라히드록시 벤조산, 바이페놀 및 테레프탈산과 아실화제로 무수초산을 혼합하여 반응시키는 단계2) 부산물을 제거하고, 생성물을 배출하여 분쇄하는 단계3) 무게감량 시작온도로 승온하는 단계4) 상기 무게감량 시작 온도에서 용융온도까지 승온하고, 상기 용융온도에서 고상반응을 유지하는 단계를 포함하며, 무게 감량 시작 온도로 승온하는 단계 및 무게 감량 시작온도에서 용융온도까지 승온하는 두 단계의 승온단계를 갖고, 무게 감량 시작온도에서 용융온도까지 0.3 ~ 0.8℃/min의 낮은 승온 속도로 4 ~ 7시간 동안 승온시키면서 무게감량 시작온도와 용융온도 사이에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 변색 및 기포발생 없는 고내열성 전방향족 폴리에스터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 1)단계에서 아이소프탈산을 더 추가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변색 및 기포발생 없는 고내열성 전방향족 폴리에스터의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 무게감량 시작온도는 150 ~ 250℃, 용융온도는 280 ~ 350℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 변색 및 기포발생 없는 고내열성 전방향족 폴리에스테르 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 용융온도에서 1 ~ 7시간 동안 반응을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변색 및 기포발생 없는 고내열성 전방향족 폴리에스테르 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,가스발생량이 1.3 중량% 이하이고, 황변현상이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 변색 및 기포발생 없는 고내열성 전방향족 폴리에스테르 제조 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 가스발생량이 1.0 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 변색 및 기포발생 없는 고내열성 전방향족 폴리에스테르 제조 방법.
- 제 3항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 변색 및 기포발생 없는 고내열성 전방향족 폴리에스테르.
- 제 5항 내지 제 7항에서 선택되는 어느 한 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 변색 및 기포발생 없는 고내열성 전방향족 폴리에스테르.
