Claims (7)
- 플라스틱 렌즈 기재, 상기 플라스틱 렌즈 기재 상에 형성된 프라이머층, 및 상기 프라이머층 상에 형성된 하드 코팅층을 갖는 플라스틱 렌즈에 있어서,상기 하드 코팅층이(A) 입경 1 내지 100밀리마이크론의 무기 미립자,(B) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기 규소 화합물,(C) 다작용성 에폭시 화합물 및(D) 경화 촉매를 함유하는 하드 코팅 조성물로부터 형성되고, 상기 다작용성 에폭시 화합물의 함유량이 0.1 내지 25중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈.화학식 1[상기 식에서, R1은 중합가능한 반응기를 갖는 유기기이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 탄화수소기이고, X는 가수분해성기이고, n은 0 또는 1이다]
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프라이머층이 수성화 아크릴-우레탄 수지를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프라이머층이 폴리에스터계 열가소성 엘라스토머를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다작용성 에폭시 화합물이 1분자 중에 1개 이상의 하이드록실기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하드 코팅층 상에 반사방지막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈.
- 플라스틱 렌즈 기재에 프라이머층을 형성하는 공정, 및상기 프라이머층 상에, (A) 입경 1 내지 100밀리마이크론의 무기 미립자, (B) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기 규소 화합물, (C) 다작용성 에폭시 화합물 및 (D) 경화촉매를 함유하는 하드 코팅 조성물로부터 하드 코팅층을 형성하는 공정을 갖고, 상기 다작용성 에폭시 화합물의 함유량이 0.1 내지 25중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 렌즈의 제조방법.화학식 1[상기 식에서, R1은 중합가능한 반응기를 갖는 유기기이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 탄화수소기이고, X는 가수분해성기이고, n은 0 또는 1이다]
