Definitions
- the present disclosure relates to spectacle lenses.
- Patent Literature 1 describes providing an anti-fogging layer made of a water-absorbing layer on a spectacle lens.
- the anti-fogging layer will have both water absorption and water repellency by blending a water absorbing component and a slipping component, thereby imparting scratch resistance and low friction resistance.
- the use of the dip-pulling method facilitates the production of spectacle lenses with anti-fogging properties imparted on both sides. more opportunities to be contacted by
- the hydrophilic anti-fogging layer deteriorates or disappears, the anti-fogging property is maintained by re-coating or partially re-coating.
- the water-absorbing anti-fogging layer is imparted with durability by being formed by a method such as curing the coating film of the coating composition, and unlike the hydrophilic anti-fogging layer, It is used while remaining on the base material.
- an object of the present disclosure is to provide a spectacle lens that is excellent in anti-fogging properties and scratch resistance.
- the inventors of the present invention found that the above problems can be solved by providing specific anti-fogging layers on each of the two main surfaces of the spectacle lens, and have made the present disclosure. completed. That is, the present disclosure provides the following [1] to [11].

- a structural unit derived from monomer (a-4) may be referred to as “structural unit (a-4)".
- a spectacle lens according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a base material having first and second main surfaces, and a water-absorbing anti-fogging layer comprising a single layer formed on the first main surface side of the base material. , a light-transmitting hard layer formed on the second main surface of the substrate, and a hydrophilic anti-fogging layer formed on the light-transmitting hard layer.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic sectional view and a partially enlarged view of a spectacle lens 10A, which is an example of the spectacle lens.
- the configuration of the spectacle lens 10A will be described with reference to FIG.
- the spectacle lens 10A has a lens body.
- the lens body is composed of a lens substrate 11, which will be described later.
- the spectacle lens 10A has a spectacle lens base material 11 (hereinafter simply referred to as "lens base material”), which is a base material that constitutes the lens body.
- the lens substrate 11 has a first principal surface 111 , a second principal surface 112 and an edge surface 113 .
- a functional layer 200 including a hydrophilic anti-fogging layer is provided on the first main surface 111 of the lens substrate 11 .
- a functional layer 300 including a water-absorbing anti-fogging layer is provided on the second main surface 112 of the lens substrate 11 .
- the hydrophilic anti-fog layer 23 included in the functional layer 200 and the water-absorbent anti-fog layer 32 included in the functional layer 300 are both the outermost layers of the spectacle lens 10A, and the hydrophilic anti-fog layer 23 and the water-absorbent anti-fog layer 23 are the outermost layers of the spectacle lens 10A.
- a layer 33 is exposed to the external space.

- the water-absorbing anti-fogging layer as the outermost layer on the second main surface 112 which is a concave surface, a certain level of scratch resistance is ensured. Forming the water-absorbing anti-fogging layer along the concave surface also tends to reduce the chance of contact with external objects.
- the main surface on the side that is likely to come into contact with external objects is configured with a (thin) hydrophilic anti-fogging layer and a light-transmitting hard layer, and an external
- a hydrophilic anti-fogging layer and a light-transmitting hard layer an external
- an external By forming the outermost layer of the main surface on the side that is less likely to come into contact with an object (the concave main surface in the example of FIG. 1) with a single water-absorbing anti-fogging layer, both main surfaces are provided with anti-fogging properties,
- the scratch resistance of the entire spectacle lens can be improved compared to the case where water-absorbing anti-fogging layers are provided as outermost layers on both principal surfaces.
- the hydrophilic antifogging layer is generally thin, and the antireflection layer and the hard coat layer can be those having high light transmittance. There is also an advantage that the transmittance is less likely to decrease compared to the case of being arranged on a plane.
- the water-absorbing anti-fogging layers are arranged on both sides, reflection may not be sufficiently suppressed and glare may be a concern. Reflection can be suppressed, and the water-absorbing anti-fogging layer can suppress the occurrence of the glare peculiar to both surfaces.

Abstract
Description

1/Tg=(W1/Tg1)+(W2/Tg2)+(W3/Tg3)+・・・+(Wn/Tgn)
H(mgf/μm2)=Pmax/A

<第1段階>
<第2段階>
