Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 표시 장치의 구동 회로로서,입력된 입력 신호의 위상을 시프트한 다음, 위상이 시프트된 신호를 출력하는 시프트 레지스터들; 및상기 시프트 레지스터들의 출력 신호의 진폭을 인에이블 신호를 이용하여 증폭한 다음, 진폭된 신호를 주사선들 또는 신호선들에 출력하는 버퍼들를 포함하고,상기 인에이블 신호의 하이 레벨 전압과 로우 레벨 전압 간의 전위차를 상기 주사선들 또는 상기 신호선들을 구동하기 위한 전위차로 이용하고, 상기 시프트 레지스터들 및 상기 버퍼들에서의 하이 레벨 전원 전압과 로우 레벨 전원 전압 간의 전위차를, 상기 인에이블 신호의 하이 레벨 전압과 로우 레벨 전압 간의 전위차보다 작게 설정하는 표시 장치의 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼들 각각은,상기 인에이블 신호가 입력되는 인에이블 단자와 상기 증폭된 신호를 출력하는 출력 단자 사이에 도전 경로를 갖는 트랜지스터, 및상기 출력 단자와 상기 전원 전압 사이에 도전 경로를 갖는 트랜지스터를 포함하는 출력 회로를 포함하는 표시 장치의 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시프트 레지스터들 및 상기 버퍼들을 구성하는 각 트랜지스터는, pMOS 트랜지스터이고,상기 인에이블 신호의 로우 레벨 전압보다, 상기 시프트 레지스터들 및 상기 버퍼들에서의 로우 레벨 전원 전압을 높게 설정하는 표시 장치의 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시프트 레지스터들 및 상기 버퍼들을 구성하는 각 트랜지스터는, nMOS 트랜지스터이고,상기 인에이블 신호의 하이 레벨 전압보다, 상기 시프트 레지스터들 및 상기 버퍼들에서의 하이 레벨 전원 전압을 낮게 설정하는 표시 장치의 구동 회로.
