Claims (13)
- 본체,본체에 장착된 모터,축선을 가지며, 상기 축선에 동축으로 환상 커터를 유지하기 위해 형성된 아버로서, 상기 환상 커터는 높은 회전 속도로 절삭을 수행하기 위해 환상 커터의 하단부에 고정된 초경합금 팁으로 이루어진 다수의 치부를 갖는 아버,아버를 통해 환상 커터에 모터의 구동력을 전달하기 위해 모터와 아버 사이에 배치된 감속 기구,아버에 부착된 환상 커터를 작업물에 대해 전진 또는 후퇴시키도록 그 축선을 따라 아버를 이동시키기 위해, 수동 작업 레버의 작동에 따라 움직이는 이송 기구, 및전기 드릴 장치를 작업물에 고정시키기 위해 본체의 바닥에 지지된 부착 기부를 포함하며,상기 모터는 초경합금 팁을 갖는 환상 커터에 의해 고속 절삭 작업을 실시하기에 적합한 고속으로 환상 커터를 회전시킬 수 있으며,아버의 축선은 감속 기구에 모터의 구동력을 전달하는 모터의 회전축과 다른 방향으로 향해 있는 로우 프로파일형 전기 드릴 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,자동 모터 정지/재구동 기구를 더 포함하며, 이 기구는모터와 전원 사이에 직렬 접속된 주 스위칭 소자,모터에 흐르는 부하 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출기,전류 검출기에 의해 검출된 부하 전류가 규정된 제 1 기준치를 초과하는지를 판정하는 판정 유닛, 및주 스위칭 소자의 온/오프를 제어하기 위한 제어 유닛을 포함하며,상기 판정 유닛이 부하 전류가 제 1 기준치를 초과한다고 판정하면, 제어 유닛은 주 스위칭 소자를 오프시키고 모터에 흐르는 전류를 차단하며, 그 후 판정 유닛이 부하 전류가 제 1 기준치보다 작게 감소한다고 판정하면, 제어 유닛은 판정으로부터 소정 시간후 주 스위칭 소자를 온시켜 전원으로부터의 전류를 모터에 공급시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 부착 기부는 자석을 갖는 자기 기부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아버의 축선은 모터의 회전축의 축선에 실질적으로 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
- 환상 커터를 회전시키는 모터,모터와 전원 사이에 직렬 접속된 주 스위칭 소자,모터에 흐르는 부하 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출기,전류 검출기에 의해 검출된 부하 전류가 규정된 제 1 기준치를 초과하는지를 판정하는 판정 유닛, 및주 스위칭 소자의 온/오프를 제어하기 위한 제어 유닛을 포함하며,상기 판정 유닛이 부하 전류가 제 1 기준치를 초과한다고 판정하면, 제어 유닛은 주 스위칭 소자를 오프시키고 모터에 흐르는 전류를 차단하며, 그 후 판정 유닛이 부하 전류가 제 1 기준치보다 작게 감소한다고 판정하면, 제어 유닛은 판정으로부터 소정 시간 후, 주 스위칭 소자를 온시켜 전원으로부터의 전류를 모터에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 축선을 가지며, 모터의 회전축의 축선과 다른 방향으로 향하는 상기 축선을 중심으로 선단부에 부착된 환상 커터를 회전시키는 아버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 아버의 축선은 실질적으로 모터의 회전축의 축선에 실질적으로 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 환상 커터는 다수의 절삭편 배출 홈과 대향하는 위치에서 하단부에 고정된 초경합금 팁으로 이루어진 절삭 치부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 전류 검출기에 의해 검출된 부하 전류가 제 1 기준치보다 작은 제 2 기준치를 초과하는지를 판정하는 제 2 판정 유닛, 및제 2 판정 유닛이 부하 전류가 제 2 기준치를 초과하지 않는다고 판정할 때 정상 부하 상태임을 표시하며, 제 2 판정 유닛이 부하 전류가 제 2 기준치를 초과한다고 판정할 때는 과부하 상태임을 표시하는 부하 상태 표시 유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 전류 검출기는 부하 전류에 대응하여 저항기의 전압을 출력하기 위해 모터 및 주 스위칭 소자에 직렬 접속된 고정 저항기이며,제 1 판정 수단은 부하 전류에 대응하는 전압을 받고, 부하 전류가 제 1 기준치를 초과하는지를 판정하기 위해 상기 전압을 제 1 기준치에 대응하는 제 1 기준 전압과 비교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 전류 검출기는 부하 전류에 대응하여 저항기의 전압을 출력하기 위해 모터 및 주 스위칭 소자에 직렬 접속된 고정 저항기이며,제 2 판정 유닛은 부하 전류에 대응하는 전압을 받고, 부하 전류가 제 2 기준치를 초과하는지를 판정하기 위해 상기 전압을 제 2 기준치에 대응하는 제 2 기준 전압과 비교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 제어 유닛은제 1 스위칭 소자를 포함하며, 개시 스위치가 온되면 제 1 스위칭 소자를 '온' 상태로 유지시키는 '온' 상태 자체 유지 유닛,제 1 스위칭 소자가 '온' 상태에 있으면, 주 스위칭 소자를 온시키기 위해 '온' 제어 신호를 공급하는 제어 신호 공급 유닛,부하 전류가 제 1 기준치를 초과함을 제 1 판정 유닛이 판정하는 경우, 온되어 제 1 스위칭 소자가 '온' 상태에 있는지에 관계없이 제어 신호 공급 수단이 '온' 제어 신호를 발생시키는 것을 방지하기 위한 제 2 스위칭 소자, 및부하 전류가 제 1 기준치를 초과한 후 부하 전류가 제 1 기준치 아래로 감소하였다는 제 1 판정 유닛의 판정이 내려지면, 이 판정으로부터 소정 시간 후에 제 2 스위칭 소자를 오프시키게 되는 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 주 스위칭 소자는 트라이액이며, 제어 유닛은,제 1 스위칭 트랜지스터를 포함하며, 개시 스위치가 온되면, 제 1 스위칭 트랜지스터를 '온' 상태로 유지시키는 '온' 상태 자체 유지 유닛,제 1 스위칭 트랜지스터가 '온' 상태인 경우, 전류를 공급받아 발광하는 포토다이오드,게이트와 트라이액의 애노드 또는 캐소드 사이에 연결되고, 상기 포토다이오드에 광학적으로 결합되어, 포토다이오드에서 나온 빛에 의해 온되면, 트라이액에 게이트 전류를 공급하게 되는 포토트라이액,부하 전류가 제 1 기준치를 초과함을 제 1 판정 유닛이 판정하면, 제 1 스위칭 소자가 '온' 상태에 있는지에 관계없이 포토다이오드를 오프시키기 위해 포토다이오드의 전류를 우회시키는 제 2 스위칭 트랜지스터, 및부하 전류가 제 1 기준치를 초과한 후 부하 전류가 제 1 기준치 아래로 감소하였다는 제 1 판정 유닛의 판정이 내려지면, 이 판정으로부터 소정 시간 후, 제 2 스위칭 트랜지스터를 오프시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 드릴 장치.
