Description
Claims (4)
- 부분적인 외부 원주형의 나선벽 부분 및 셀 내의 중심 구멍의 원주에 인접한 돌출부를 포함하고, 상기 중심 구멍이 압축기 임펠러의 회전축과 같은 축상에 있는 외부 셀;외부 셀의 구멍에 수용되는 원통형의 외부 벽을 가진 제1 부분을 갖고 공기 입구를 포함하며, 상기 축에 대하여 제 1 부분으로부터 외부을 향해서 반경방향으로 뻗으며 내부 원주형 나선벽 부분을 형성하기 위해 외부 셀 돌출부와 결합되도록 대응하는 돌출부를 포함하는 제 2 부분을 추가적으로 포함하는 삽입부; 및외부 원주부분에 인접한 제3 돌출부를 갖고, 상기 제 3 돌출부는 외부 셀의 릴리프에 수용되고 외부 나선 벽 부분을 완성하게 되는 후판;을 포함하고,상기 외부 셀 돌출부는 대응하는 돌출부의 제2 면과 결합하는 제1 면을 갖고, 상기 제1 및 제2 면은 기준면에 대하여 나선형으로 하강하며, 상기 기준면은 상기 축에 수직하며; 그리고,상기 릴리프는 제3 돌출부 위의 제4 면과 대응하게 배열된 제3 면을 갖고, 제3 및 제4 면은 기준면에 대하여 나선형으로 하강하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 임펠러를 위한 다이 캐스트 압축기 하우징.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입부의 제2 부분은 디퓨져를 위한 외부 벽을 추가적으로 포함하며, 상기 후판은 디퓨져를 위한 내부벽을 갖는 제3 돌출부로부터 반경방향으로 내부 부분과 일체가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이 캐스트 압축기 하우 징.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입부의 제2 부분은 내부 나선 벽 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이 캐스트 압축기 하우징.
- 부분적인 외부 원주형의 나선벽 부분 및 셀 내의 중심 구멍의 원주에 인접한 돌출부를 포함하고, 상기 중심 구멍이 압축기 임펠러의 회전축과 같은 축상에 있는 외부 셀;외부 셀의 구멍에 수용되는 원통형의 외부 벽을 가진 제1 부분을 갖고 공기 입구를 포함하며, 상기 축에 대하여 제 1 부분으로부터 외부을 향해서 반경방향으로 뻗으며 내부 원주형 나선벽 부분을 형성하기 위해 외부 셀 돌출부와 결합되도록 대응하는 돌출부를 포함하는 제 2 부분을 추가적으로 포함하는 삽입부; 및외부 원주부분에 인접한 제3 돌출부를 갖고, 상기 제 3 돌출부는 외부 셀의 릴리프에 수용되고 외부 나선 벽 부분을 완성하게 되는 후판;을 포함하고,상기 외부 셀 돌출부는 대응하는 돌출부의 제2 면과 결합하는 제1 면을 갖고, 상기 제1 및 제2 면은 기준면에 대하여 나선형으로 하강하며, 상기 기준면은 상기 축에 수직하며; 그리고,상기 릴리프는 제3 돌출부 위의 제4 면과 대응하게 배열된 제3 면을 갖고, 제3 및 제4 면은 기준면에 대하여 나선형으로 하강하고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 면은 기준면으로부터 15도 단위로 아래의 무차원화된 크기 프로파일로 하강하며,상기 제4 면은 15도 단위로 아래의 무차원화된 크기 프로파일로 기준면으로부터 하강하며,제 3 면은 제 4 면에 대응하여 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이 캐스트 압축기 하우징.
