Description
Claims (21)
- 다공성 담체, 계면층 및 피셔ㆍ트롭슈 촉매 금속을 구비하는 촉매 구조체에 있어서, 촉매는 촉매를 등온로 내부의 튜브에 놓고, 250℃, 12.5초의 평균체류시간에서 3 대 1의 비의 수소 가스 대 일산화탄소로 이루어진 공급류에 노출시키는 경우에, 6 atm에서보다 24 atm에서 메탄으로의 선택률이 크고 일산화탄소 변환율이 낮도록 촉매 활성을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 담체는 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- H2 및 CO를 제 1 항의 촉매를 구비하는 반응실로 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일산화탄소의 수소화 방법.
- 다공성 담체에 담지된 피셔ㆍ트롭슈 촉매 금속을 구비하는 촉매에 있어서, 촉매를 등온로 내부의 튜브에 놓고, 250℃, 6atm, 5초 미만의 접촉시간에서 3 대 1의 비의 수소 가스 대 일산화탄소로 이루어진 공급류에 노출시켜, 생성류를 수집하여 실온으로 냉각시키는 경우에, 메탄으로의 선택률이 25% 미만이고 일산화탄소 변환율이 25% 이상이도록 촉매 활성을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 촉매는 촉매를 등온로 내부의 튜브에 놓고, 250℃, 6atm, 2초 미만의 접촉시간에서 3 대 1의 비의 수소 가스 대 일산화탄소로 이루어진 공급류에 노출시켜, 생성류를 수집하여 실온으로 냉각시키는 경우에, 메탄으로의 선택률이 15% 미만이고 일산화탄소 변환율이 50% 이상이도록 촉매 활성을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 촉매는 촉매를 등온로 내부의 튜브에 놓고, 250℃, 6atm, 1초 미만의 접촉시간에서 3 대 1의 비의 수소 가스 대 일산화탄소로 이루어진 공급류에 노출시켜, 생성류를 수집하여 실온으로 냉각시키는 경우에, 메탄으로의 선택률이 15% 미만이고 일산화탄소 변환율이 25% 이상이도록 촉매 활성을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 열전도실벽을 갖는 반응실, 상기 반응실의 담지형 피셔ㆍ트롭슈 촉매 금속로 된 촉매 및 상기 반응실의 하나 이상의 반응실벽과 열접촉하는 열교환기를 구비하는 일산화탄소의 수소화 반응기에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 두께가 약 1.5㎝ 미만이고, 상기 촉매는 하나 이상의 반응실벽의 0.5㎝ 이내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일산화탄소의 수소화 반응기.
- 수소 및 일산화탄소를 함유하는 공급류를 200℃ 이상의 온도에서 담지형 피셔ㆍ트롭슈 촉매 금속을 갖는 촉매를 포함하는 반응실로 통과시키는 단계, 정상상 태조건하에서 공급류가 약 2초 미만의 접촉시간을 갖도록 충분한 속도록 열을 상기 반응실로 이동하는 단계, 및 생성류를 수집하는 단계를 포함하는 일산화탄소의 수소화 방법에 있어서,상기 방법은 메탄 설택률이 25% 미만이고, 일산화탄소 변환율이 25% 이상이며, 액체 생성물의 체적이 20℃ 및 1atm에서 측정되는 액체 생성물의 1분당 1㎖ 이상 또는 생성물이 1몰당 2이상의 탄소 원자수를 포함하고 가스상 생성물의 체적이 20℃ 및 1 atm에서 측정되는 1분당 1ℓ이상의 생성률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 일산화탄소의 수소화 방법.
- 제 8 항의 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소로 이루어진 생성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소는 실온 및 1기압에서 액체인 연료인 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제 1 기공 표면영역 및 약 0.1㎛ 이상의 제 1 기공 크기를 갖는 제 1 다공성 구조체, 제 2 기공 표면영역 및 제 1 기공 크기보다 작은 제 2 기공 크기를 갖고 제 1 기공 표면영역에 배치된 다공성 계면층, 및 제 2 기공 표면영역에 놓이고 코발트, 루테늄, 철, 레늄, 오스뮴 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 피셔ㆍ트롭슈 촉매를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피셔ㆍ트롭슈 합성용 촉매 구조체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 구조체는 폼, 펠트, 와드 및 이들의 조합물로 된 그룹 중에서 선택된 기하 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 구조체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 구조체는 금속, 세라믹 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택된 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 구조체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 계면층은 γ- Al2O3, SiO2, ZrO2 , TiO2, 산화마그네슘, 산화바나듐, 산화크롬, 산화망간, 산화철, 산화니켈, 산화코발트, 산화구리, 산화아연, 산화몰리브덴, 산화주석, 산화칼슘, 산화알루미늄, 란탄 계열 산화물(류), 제올라이트(류) 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 구조체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 반응물질이 통과하는 마이크로채널을 형성하는 벽을 갖는 반응실에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 구조체.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 벽은 상기 반응실을 하나 이상의 냉각실과 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 구조체.
- (a) 제 1 기공 표면영역 및 약 0.1㎛ 이상의 제 1 기공 크기를 갖는 제 1 다공성 구조체, 제 2 기공 표면영역 및 제 1 기공 크기보다 작은 제 2 기공 크기를 갖고 제 1 기공 표면영역에 배치된 다공성 계면층, 및 제 2 기공 표면영역에 놓이고 코발트, 루테늄, 철, 레늄, 오스뮴 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 피셔ㆍ트롭슈 촉매를 구비하는 촉매 구조체를 제공하는 단계, 및(b) 수소 가스와 일산화탄소 가스의 혼합물을 갖고 촉매 구조체내의 체류시간이 5초 미만인 공급류를 촉매 구조체를 통과시킨 다음, 촉매 구조체를 작업 압력에서 200℃ 이상으로 가열시켜서, 25% 이상의 일산화탄소 변환율 및 25% 이하의 메탄으로의 선택률을 지닌 생성류를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피셔ㆍ트롭슈 반응방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 작업 압력을 감소시켜서 메탄으로의 선택률을 감소시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피셔ㆍ트롭슈 반응방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각은 상기 촉매 구조체와 열접촉하는 냉각실에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 피셔ㆍ트롭슈 반응방법.
- (a) 그 위에 촉매를 갖는 다공성 구조체로 이루어진 촉매 구조체를 반응기에 제공하는 단계,(b) 일산화탄소 가스 및 수소 가스를 포함하는 공급류를 촉매 구조체를 통과시키는 단계, 및(c) 촉매 구조체를 200℃ 이상으로 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 일산화탄소의 수소화 방법에 있어서,공급류는 5초 미만의 반응기의 체류시간을 갖고, 일산화탄소 변환율이 25% 이상이고 메탄으로의 선택률이 25% 이하인 특성을 나타내는 공급류가 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일산화탄소의 수소화 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 구조체는 금속 폼인 것을 특징으로 하는 일산화탄소의 수소화 방법.
