Claims (22)
- 인체의 배꼽(12)에 인접한 세 개 이상의 전극(26,27,78,79) 중 중앙전극(26,78,79)을 위치시키는 주위치설정수단(31,76,77)과, 상기 주위치설정수단(31,76,77)의 각각 대향되는 측면에 배치되며 세 개 이상의 전극(26,27,78,79) 중 상기 중앙전극(26,78,79)에서 소정 간격 이격되도록 두 개의 대응되는 측면전극(27)을 위치시키는 두 개의 부위치설정수단(32)이 구비되며, 인체의 몸통(3) 둘레에 연장되는 부착수단(25)을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 두 개의 부위치설정수단(32)은 각각의 중앙전극(26,78,79) 및 측면전극(27)을 통하여 인체에 하나 이상의 펄스신호를 가하는 것에 의해서 인체의 복근이 자극받도록, 흉곽(6)과 좌우 장골골즐(8,9)에 사이에서 몸통의 좌우 겨드랑이 중심라인(13,14) 중 대응되는 하나의 중심라인쪽으로 상기 측면전극(27)을 위치시키고, 인체의 복근을 자극하기 위하여 세 개 이상의 전극(26,27,78,79)을 부착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부위치설정수단(32)은 부착수단(25)에 구비되어, 흉곽(6)과 이에 대응되는 장골골즐(8,9) 사이에 겨드랑이 중심라인(13,14)의 중간부쪽으로 각 측면전극(27)을 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 부위치설정수단(32)은 부착수단(25)에 구비되어, 흉곽(6)과 이에 대응되는 장골골즐(8,9) 사이에 겨드랑이 중심라인(13,14)의 중간부에 인접되도록 각 측면전극(27)을 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 주위치설정수단(31,76,77)은 배꼽(12) 둘레를 감싸도록 부착수단(25)에 구비되어, 배꼽(12)에 중앙전극(26,78,79)을 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 주위치설정수단(31,76,77)은 부착수단(25)에 구비되어, 배꼽(12)이 아니라 배꼽(12)에 인접되도록 중앙전극(26,78,79)을 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 기준수단(31)이 부착수단(25)에 구비되어, 신체구조상의 기준(12)에 근거하여 몸통(3)에 부착수단(25)을 위치시키는 것을 특징징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 기준수단(31) 몸통(3) 둘레에 원주방향으로, 몸통(3) 둘레에 수직방향으로 부착수단(25)을 위치시키도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 주위치설정수단(31)이 배꼽과 같은 신체구조상의 기준(12)에 근거하여 부착수단(25)을 위치시키도록, 기준수단(31)으로서 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항, 제 2항 또는 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주위치설정수단(31)은 인체의 배꼽(12)에 인접되도록 각각 대응되는 제1 및 제2 중앙전극(78,79)을 위치시키도록, 제1 위치설정수단(76)과, 제2 위치설정수단(77)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항, 제 2항 또는 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두 개 이상의 부위치설정수단(32) 두 세트가 주위치설정수단(31,76,77)의 각 대향되는 측면에 배치되어, 몸통의 다양한 치수를 수용하도록 각 측면전극(27)을 선택적으로 위치시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 부위치설정수단(32) 각 세트는 세 개의 부위치설정수단(32)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항, 제 2항 또는 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주위치설정수단(31,76,77)과 이에 대응되는 부위치설정수단(32) 사이에서 주위치설정수단(31,76,77)의 각 대향되는 측면에 위치한 부착수단(25)의 일부분은 탄력성 재질로 되어있어서, 주 및 부위치설정수단 사이에서 부착수단(25)의 탄력적인 신축성을 돕는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제1항, 제 2항 또는 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도전성 주접촉수단(45)이 각각의 주위치설정수단(31,76,77)에 대응되도록 부착수단(25)에 구비되어, 하나 이상의 펄스신호를 인가받고, 이 신호를 대응되는 중앙전극(26,78,79)에 중계하며, 두 개의 도전성 부접촉수단(46)이 부착수단(25)에 구비되어, 하나 이상의 펄스신호를 인가받고, 이 신호를 각각 대응되는 측면전극(27)에 중계하며, 각각의 부접촉수단(46)은 대응되는 부위치설정수단(32) 세트에 인접되도록 위치되어, 대응되는 측면전극(27)을 위치시키기 위하여 어떤 부위치설정수단(32)이 선택되더라도, 측면전극이 상기 부접촉수단(46)과 연동되어 도전되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항, 제 2항 또는 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 주 및 부위치설정수단(31,76,77,32)은 시각적으로 감지되는 위치설정수단(29,30)으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항, 제 2항 또는 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 세 개 이상의 전극(26,78,79,27)을 포함하여 구성되고, 각 전극(26,78,79,27)은 패치타입의 전극으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 각각의 측면전극(27)은 대응되는 하부 흉신경과 대응되는 1차 및 2차 요신경의 일부분을 덮을 수 있는 크기이고, 각 측면전극은 실질적으로 복직근을 가로질러 감쌀 수 있는 크기이며, 각 측면전극(27)은 전극(26,78,79,27)이 인체에 직접 전기적으로 접촉될 때, 각 측면전극(27)의 접촉면적이 하나 또는 두 개의 중앙전극(26,78,79)의 접촉면적을 초과하지 않도록 각 측면전극(27)의 접촉면적을 한정하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항, 제 2항 또는 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 착탈가능한 수납수단(54)이 부착수단에 구비되어, 하나 이상의 펄스신호를 발생하는 신호발생수단(28)을 착탈가능하게 수용하고, 주전기연결수단(59)이 수납수단(54)과 각각의 주접촉수단(45) 사이에 연장형성되어, 하나 이상의 펄스신호를 신호발생수단(28)에서 대응되는 주접촉수단(45)으로 중계하며, 부전기연결수단(60)이 수납수단(54)과 각각의 부접촉수단(46) 사이에 연장형성되어, 하나 이상의 펄스신호를 신호발생수단에서 대응되는 부접촉수단(46)으로 중계하고, 각 전기연결수단(59,60)은 부착수단(25)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 신호발생수단(28)은 하나 이상의 펄스신호를 발생시키며, 수납수단(54)에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 세 개 이상의 전극(26,78,79,27)으로부터 한 쌍 이상의 전극(26,78,79,27)을 선택하는 수단(S1-S16)이 마련되어, 하나 이상의 펄스신호가 인체에 가해질 때, 하나 이상의 펄스신호가 선택된 전극 쌍(26,78,79,27) 각각에 동시에 인가되거나, 선택된 전극 쌍(26,78,79,27) 각각에 순차적으로 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 선택된 전극 쌍 중 하나는 하나의 측면전극(27)과 중앙전극(26,78,79)으로 이루어지고, 선택된 전극 쌍 중 또 다른 하나는 나머지 하나의 측면전극(27)과 중앙전극(26,78,79)으로 이루어지며, 선택된 전극 쌍 중 하나는 두 개의 측면전극(27)으로 이루어지기도 하며, 선택된 전극 쌍 중 하나는 측면전극(27) 하나와 제1 및 제2 중앙전극(78,79) 중 하나로 이루어지고, 선택된 전극 쌍 중 또 다른 하나는 나머지 하나의 측면전극(27)과 제1 및 제2 중앙전극(78,79) 중 나머지 하나로 이루어지기도 하고, 선택된 전극 쌍 중 하나는 제1 및 제2 중앙전극(78,79)으로 이루어져서 하나의 단일전극과 측면전극(27)으로 동작되며, 선택된 전극 쌍 중 또 다른 하나는 제1 및 제2 중앙전극(78,79)으로 이루어져서 하나의 단일전극과 나머지 하나의 측면전극(27)으로 동작되고, 선택된 전극 쌍 중 하나는 제1 및 제2 중앙전극으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 8항, 제 19항 또는 제 20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부착수단(25)은 벨트(25)와, 고정수단(38,39)을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 고정수단(38,39)은 인체의 몸통(3) 둘레에 벨트를 고정시키기 위하여 벨트(25)에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기치료장치.
