Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 캐소드, 애노드 및 고분자 전해질막이 구비된 전극막 접합체, 및 상기 전극막 접합체에 가스켓이 장착되고,상기 가스켓이 지지층의 각면에 적층된 탄성층과 접착층을 구비하는 다층 필름인 것인 가스켓 일체형 전극막 접합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓 일체형 전극막 접합체는 고분자 전해질막의 소정 영역이 다층 필름 가스켓의 접착층에 고정되어 형성되는 것인 가스켓 일체형 전극막 접합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 실리콘 수지, 에폭시 수지, 아크릴계 수지 및 폴리에스테르-폴리우레탄 중합의 2액형 수지로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓 일체형 전극막 접합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 두께가 10 내지 200 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓 일체형 전극막 접합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지층은 폴리에스테르계; 폴리아미드계; 폴리스타이렌계; 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌의 폴리올레핀계로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓 일체형 전극막 접합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지층은 두께가 50 내지 200 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓 일체형 전극막 접합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성층은 천연고무(Natural rubber), 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 모노머(EPDM) 고무, 니트릴 부타디엔(NBR) 고무, 실리콘 고무(Silicone Rubber), 아크릴계 고무 및 폴리우레탄(Polyurethane)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓 일체형 고분자 전극막 접합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성층은 두께가 50 내지 300 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스켓 일체형 전극막 접합체.
- 접착층, 지지층 및 탄성층이 순차적으로 적층된 한 쌍의 다층 필름을 접착층이 대향되도록 위치시키고,상기 한 쌍의 다층 필름 사이에 전극막 접합체를 개재시키고,상기 접착층을 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 가스켓 일체형 전극막 접합체의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 다층 필름은 지지층의 일측면에 탄성 물질을 코팅 및 경화하여 탄성층을 형성하고,상기 탄성층이 형성되지 않은 지지층의 타측면에 접착제를 도포하여 접착층을 형성하여 다층 필름을 제조하고,상기 다층 필름의 내주면을 펀칭하여 개구부를 형성하는 단계를 거쳐 제조되는 것인 가스켓 일체형 전극막 접합체의 제조방법.
- 한 쌍의 세퍼레이터 사이에 제1항의 가스켓 일체형 전극막 접합체가 개재된 연료전지.
