Claims (3)
- 증발기로부터 압축기로 향하는 냉매 통로를 내부에 포함하며, 상기 통로 내부에 온도 감지 기능을 가지며 중공부가 내부에 형성된 온도감지 및 압력 전달부재를 내장한 온도 팽창 밸브로서,상기 온도감지 및 압력 전달부재의 중공부의 선단이 상기 온도감지 및 압력 전달부재를 구동시키는 동력 소자부를 구성하는 다이어프램의 중앙 개구부에 고정 부착되며, 상기 다이어프램에 의해 형성되는 동력 소자부 내의 상부 챔버와 상기 중공부를 연통시켜서 작동 유체가 봉입된 밀폐 공간을 형성함과 동시에,상기 중공부에 수용된 열 밸러스트재(heat ballast member)와 상기 중공부의 내벽 사이에 시정수(時定數) 지연부재를 구비한 온도 팽창 밸브.
- 감압될 액상 냉매의 통로 및 증발기로부터 압축기로 향하는 기상 냉매의 통로를 포함하는 밸브 본체와, 상기 밸브 본체에 장착되는 동력 소자부와, 상기 액상 냉매의 통로에 설치된 오리피스를 통해 흐르는 냉매 유량을 조정하는 밸브체와, 상기 동력 소자부를 구성하는 다이어프램과, 상기 다이어프램에 연결되는 온도감지 및 압력 전달부재와, 상기 온도감지 및 압력전달부재와 밸브체를 연결하는 샤프트를 구비하며, 상기 동력 소자부의 온도감지 작용에 의해 상기 밸브체를 구동시키는 온도 팽창 밸브로서,상기 온도감지 및 압력 전달부재는 중공 파이프의 형상을 이루며, 상기 중공부의 선단이 상기 다이어프램의 중앙부의 원형 구멍에 부착되는 상기 중공부와 상기 동력 소자부의 다이어프램의 상부 공간에 의해 밀폐 공간을 형성함과 동시에, 상기 온도감지 및 압력 전달부재의 중공부에 수용된 열 밸러스트재와 상기 중공부의 내벽 사이에 시정수 지연부재를 구비한 온도 팽창 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지 및 압력 전달부재 내부에 삽입된 시정수 지연부재 내에 열 밸러스트재가 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 팽창 밸브.
