Claims (8)
- 냉매가 유입되는 고압측 통로와 냉매가 유출되는 저압측 통로를 연통하는 오리피스를 구비한 밸브 본체와,상기 오리피스를 흐르는 냉매의 양을 조절하는 밸브체와,상기 밸브체에 맞닿아 밸브체를 밸브 개방방향으로 작동시키는 작동봉과,상기 작동봉을 구동하는 감온 구동부재와,상기 밸브체를 밸브 폐쇄방향으로 가압하는 가압부재와,상기 가압부재의 가압력을 조정하는 조정나사를 구비한 팽창밸브에 있어서,상기 작동봉과 상기 밸브체와의 중심 어긋남을 일으키는 편심수단을 상기 밸브체와 상기 조정나사와의 사이에 설치하고,상기 가압부재가 압축 코일 스프링이고, 상기 편심수단이 상기 압축 코일 스프링을 경사시키는 경사수단이며,상기 경사수단이, 상기 압축 코일 스프링을 지지하는 상기 조정나사의 지지부에 형성된 경사면인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 냉매가 유입되는 고압측 통로와 냉매가 유출되는 저압측 통로를 연통하는 오리피스를 구비한 밸브 본체와,상기 오리피스를 흐르는 냉매의 양을 조절하는 밸브체와,상기 밸브체에 맞닿아 밸브체를 밸브 개방방향으로 작동시키는 작동봉과,상기 작동봉을 구동하는 감온 구동부재와,상기 밸브체를 밸브 폐쇄방향으로 가압하는 가압부재와,상기 가압부재의 가압력을 조정하는 조정나사를 구비한 팽창밸브에 있어서,상기 작동봉과 상기 밸브체와의 중심 어긋남을 일으키는 편심수단을 상기 밸브체와 상기 조정나사와의 사이에 설치하고,상기 가압부재가 압축 코일 스프링이고, 상기 편심수단이 상기 압축 코일 스프링을 경사시키는 경사수단이며,상기 경사수단이 상기 압축 코일 스프링과 이것을 지지하는 상기 조정나사의 지지면과의 사이에 설치된 경사판인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 조정나사가 수지제인 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브.
