Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 용융 지수(MI)가 0.1 내지 100이고, 탄소수가 3 이상인 α-올레핀 단위의 함유량이 0.1 내지 1 몰%인 공중합 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 및 적어도 점도 평균 분자량(Mv)이 50만 내지 500만인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 혼합물의 Mv가 30만 내지 400만이며, 탄소수가 3 이상인 α-올레핀 단위의 함유량이 0.01 내지 1 몰%인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 용융 지수(MI)가 0.1 내지 100이고, 탄소수가 3 이상인 α-올레핀 단위의 함유량이 0.1 내지 1 몰%인 공중합 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 및 적어도 Mv가 50만 내지 500만인 단독 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 혼합물의 Mv가 30만 내지 400만이며, 탄소수가 3 이상인 α-올레핀 단위의 함유량이 0.01 내지 1 몰%인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 탄소수가 3 이상인 α-올레핀을 포함하는 공중합 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 및 적어도 Mv가 50만 내지 500만인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 혼합물을 포함하고, GPC로 측정했을 때의 분자량이 100만 이상인 중량분율이 1 내지 40 %이고, 분자량이 1만 이하인 중량분율이 1 내지 40 %이며, 분자량이 1만 이하인 성분의 탄소수가 3 이상인 α-올레핀 단위의 함유량이 0.1 내지 1 몰%이고, 상기 혼합물의 Mv가 30만 내지 400만이며, 탄소수가 3 이상인 α-올레핀 단위의 함유량이 0.01 내지 1 몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀이 프로필렌인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Mv가 50만 내지 500만인 상기 폴리에틸렌이, (A) Mv가 150만 이상 500만 미만인 폴리에틸렌, (B) Mv가 60만 이상 150만 미만인 폴리에틸렌, 및 (C) Mv가 25만 이상 60만 미만인 폴리에틸렌 중에서 선택된 2종 또는 3종의 혼합물인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Mv가 50만 내지 500만인 상기 폴리에틸렌이 Mv가 150만 이상인 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막 파단 온도가 150 ℃ 이상인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 150 ℃에서의 수축력이 2 N 이하인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 퓨즈 온도가 140 ℃ 이하인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막 두께가 5 내지 24 ㎛인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기공률이 30 내지 70 %인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투기도가 100 초 이상 600 초 이하인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀이 프로필렌이고, Mv가 50만 내지 500만인 상기 폴리에틸렌이, (A) Mv가 150만 이상 500만 미만인 폴리에틸렌, (B) Mv가 60만 이상 150만 미만인 폴리에틸렌, 및 (C) Mv가 25만 이상 60만 미만인 폴리에틸렌 중에서 선택된 2종 또는 3종의 혼합물인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀이 프로필렌이고, Mv가 50만 내지 500만인 상기 폴리에틸렌이 Mv가 150만 이상인 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌인 폴리에틸렌 미다공막.
