Claims (8)
- 제1 단자가 제1 전위 측에 접속되며, 클럭 신호에 응답하여 온하는 제1 도전형의 제1 트랜지스터와, 제1 단자가 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 제2 단자에 접속되며, 제2 단자가 제2 전위 측에 접속된 제1 도전형의 제2 트랜지스터와, 제1 단자가 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 게이트에 접속되며, 제2 단자가 상기 제2 전위 측에 접속되고, 상호 전기적으로 접속된 2개의 게이트 전극을 갖는 제1 도전형의 제3 트랜지스터를 포함하는 제1 회로부가 복수 접속된 시프트 레지스터 회로를 구비하고,상기 제2 트랜지스터와 상기 제3 트랜지스터의 게이트에 제1 회로부의 입력 신호가 입력되며,상기 제1 트랜지스터와 상기 제2 트랜지스터 사이에 설치된 노드에서 상기 시프트 레지스터 회로의 출력 신호가 출력되고,상기 제3 트랜지스터가 오프일 때, 상기 제1 트랜지스터가 상기 클록 신호에 응답하여 온하고, 상기 제3 트랜지스터가 온일 때, 상기 제1 트랜지스터가 오프로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 회로부는, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 게이트와, 상기 클럭 신호를 공급하는 클럭 신호선과의 사이에 접속되고, 상호 전기적으로 접속된 2개의 게이트 전극을 갖는 다이오드 접속된 제4 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 회로부는, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 게이트와, 상기 클럭 신호를 공급하는 클럭 신호선과의 사이에 접속되고, 상기 제3 트랜지스터의 온 상태의 기간과 중첩되지 않는 온 상태의 기간이 얻어지는 신호에 응답하여 온 상태로 하는 제4 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 회로부는, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 게이트에 접속되고, 제1 신호에 응답하여 온 상태로 하는 제4 트랜지스터와, 상기 제4 트랜지스터와 상기 제1 전위와의 사이에 접속되고, 상기 제1 신호가 입력되는 제4 트랜지스터의 온 상태의 기간과 중첩되지 않는 온 상태의 기간이 얻어지는 제2 신호에 응답하여 온 상태로 하는 제5 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 트랜지스터의 게이트와 소스와의 사이에는, 용량이 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 상기 제1 트랜지스터, 상기 제2 트랜지스터 및 상기 제3 트랜지스터는, p형의 전계 효과형 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 시프트 레지스터 회로는, 드레인선을 구동하기 위한 시프트 레지스터 회로, 및, 게이트선을 구동하기 위한 시프트 레지스터 회로 중 적어도 한쪽에 적용되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
