- 원동기(10)와,상기 원동기에 의해 구동되는 가변용량 유압펌프(1, 2)와,상기 원동기의 연료분사를 제어하는 연료분사장치(14)와,상기 원동기의 목표회전수를 지령하는 입력수단(71)과,상기 원동기의 실제 회전수를 검출하는 회전수검출수단(72)과,상기 입력수단으로 지령된 목표회전수와 상기 회전수검출수단으로 검출한 실제 회전수에 의거하여 상기 연료분사장치의 연료분사상태를 제어하는 연료분사제어수단(70B, 70Ba)과,상기 입력수단으로 지령된 목표회전수와 상기 회전수검출수단으로 검출한 실제 회전수에 의거하여 상기 유압펌프의 최대 흡수 토오크를 제어하는 펌프 토오크제어수단(7, 8, 32, 70A, 70Aa)을 가지는 건설기계의 신호처리장치에 있어서,상기 원동기(10) 또는 상기 유압펌프(1, 2)의 환경에 관계되는 상태량을 검출하여 대응하는 환경검출신호를 각각 출력하는 복수의 환경검출수단(75∼83)과,상기 환경검출신호를 입력하고, 이것에 의거하여 상기 연료분사제어수단(70B, 70Ba)에 의하여 제어되는 상기 연료분사장치(14)의 연료분사상태와 상기 펌프 토오크제어수단(7, 8, 32, 70A, 70Aa)에 의해 제어되는 상기 유압펌프의 최대 흡수 토오크의 적어도 한쪽을 보정하는 환경보정수단(70 Ab, 70i, 70Bb, 70x1∼70x4)과,상기 연료·분사제어수단, 상기 펌프 토오크제어수단 및 상기 환경보정수단의 적어도 하나에 포함되는 연산요소를 변경하기 위한 변경 데이터를 통신에 의해 외부 단말(150)로부터 취득하는 통신제어수단(70C)과,상기 통신제어수단으로 취득한 변경 데이터에 의거하여 상기 연산요소를 변경하는 연산요소변경수단(171, 181)과,상기 원동기(10) 또는 상기 유압펌프(1, 2)의 동작상황에 관한 상태량을 검출하여 대응하는 동작검출신호를 출력하는 동작 검출수단(73-1, 73-2, 84-1, 84-2)과,상기 환경검출수단(75∼83)으로 검출한 환경검출신호와 상기 동작검출수단으로 검출한 동작검출신호를 포함하는 각종 정보를 수집하는 정보수집수단(172, 182)을 구비하고,상기 통신제어수단(70C)은, 상기 정보수집수단으로 취득한 상기 환경검출신호와 상기 동작검출신호를 포함하는 각종 정보를 통신에 의하여 상기 외부 단말(150)에 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 신호처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 환경보정수단은, 상기 환경검출신호에 의거하여 소정의 토오크보정용 연산요소를 사용하여 상기 펌프 토오크제어수단(7, 8, 32, 70A, 70Aa)에 의해 제어되는 상기 유압펌프(1, 2)의 최대 흡수 토오크를 보정하는 펌프 토오크보정수단(70Ab, 70i)이고,상기 통신제어수단(70C)은, 상기 토오크보정용 연산요소를 변경하기 위한 변경 데이터를 상기 외부 단말(150)로부터 취득하는 수단이며,상기 연산요소변경수단(171)은 그 변경 데이터에 의거하여 상기 토오크보정용연산요소를 변경하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 신호처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 환경보정수단은, 상기 환경검출신호에 의거하여 소정의 분사보정용 연산요소를 사용하여 상기 연료분사제어수단(70B, 70Ba)에 의해 제어되는 상기 연료 분사장치(14)의 연료분사상태를 보정하는 연료분사보정수단(70Bb, 70x1∼70x4)이고,상기 통신제어수단(70C)은, 상기 분사보정용 연산요소를 변경하기 위한 변경 데이터를 상기 외부 단말(150)로부터 취득하는 수단이며,상기 연산요소변경수단(181)은, 그 변경 데이터에 의거하여 상기 분사보정용 연산요소를 변경하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 신호처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 환경보정수단은, 상기 환경검출신호에 의거하여 소정의 토오크보정용 연산요소를 사용하여 상기 펌프 토오크제어수단에 의하여 제어되는 상기 유압펌프의 최대 흡수 토오크를 보정하는 펌프 토오크보정수단(70Ab, 70i)과,상기 환경검출신호에 의거하여 소정의 분사보정용 연산요소를 사용하여 상기연료분사제어수단에 의해 제어되는 상기 연료분사장치의 연료분사상태를 보정하는 연료분사보정수단(70Bb, 70x1∼70x4)을 포함하고,상기 통신제어수단(70C)은, 상기 토오크보정용 연산요소 및 분사보정용 연산요소를 변경하기 위한 변경 데이터를 상기 외부 단말(150)로부터 취득하는 수단이며,상기 연산요소변경수단(171, 181)은 그 변경 데이터에 의거하여 상기 토오크보정용 연산요소 및 분사보정용 연산요소를 변경하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 신호처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 펌프 토오크제어수단(7, 8, 32, 70A, 70Aa)은, 상기 목표회전수와 실제 회전수에 의거하여, 소정의 토오크제어용 연산요소를 사용하여 상기 유압펌프(1, 2)의 최대 흡수 토오크를 제어하는 수단이고,상기 통신제어수단(70C)은, 상기 토오크제어용 연산요소를 변경하기 위한 변경 데이터를 상기 외부 단말(150)로부터 취득하는 수단이며,상기 연산요소변경수단(171)은, 그 변경 데이터에 의거하여 상기 토오크제어용 연산요소를 변경하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 신호처리장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연료분사제어수단(70B, 70Ba)은, 상기 목표회전수와 실제 회전수에 의거하여, 소정의 분사제어용 연산요소를 사용하여 상기 연료분사장치(14)의 연료분사상태를 제어하는 수단이고,상기 통신제어수단(70C)은, 상기 분사제어용 연산요소를 변경하기 위한 변경데이터를 상기 외부 단말(150)로부터 취득하는 수단이며,상기 연산요소변경수단(181)은, 그 변경 데이터에 의거하여 상기 분사제어용연산요소를 변경하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 신호처리장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 환경검출수단(75∼83)은, 상기 원동기의 흡기압력, 흡기온도, 배기온도, 배기압력, 냉각수수온, 윤활유압력, 윤활유온도 및 대기압, 연료온도, 작동오일온도 중, 적어도 하나의 환경인자를 검출하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기 계의 신호처리장치.
