- 엔진과;상기 엔진에 의하여 구동되는 가변 용량형의 유압펌프와;상기 유압펌프의 토출용량을 제어하는 펌프레귤레이터와;상기 엔진의 연료분사장치와;상기 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유로 구동하는 유압엑츄에이터와;상기 유압펌프로부터 상기 유압엑츄에이터에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 유량 제어밸브와;상기 유량 제어밸브를 조작하는 조작장치를 가지는 건설기계에 구비되어 조작자에 의하여 입력되는 기준목표 엔진회전수를 상기 조작장치의 조작량에 따라 보정하고, 보정목표 엔진회전수를 구하는 엔진회전수제어수단과;상기 보정목표 엔진회전수에 따른 펌프 최대 흡수토오크 목표값을 구하는 펌프 흡수토오크 제어수단을 포함하는 제어기를 구비한 건설기계의 제어장치에 있어서,엔진냉각수의 온도를 검출하는 냉각수 온도검출기를 구비함과 동시에,상기 제어기가:상기 엔진회전수제어수단에서 구해지는 상기 보정목표 엔진회전수와, 상기 펌프 흡수토오크 제어수단에서 연산되는 펌프 최대흡수 토오크 목표값을, 상기 냉각수 온도검출기에서 검출된 냉각수 온도에 따라 새로운 목표 엔진회전수와 새로운 목표펌프 최대 흡수토오크로 보정하고, 상기 냉각수 온도가 그만큼 높지 않으며 상기 조작장치의 조작량에 작을 때, 및 상기 냉각수 온도가 상승하여 소정 온도보다 높아졌을 때에는, 상기 보정목표 엔진회전수를 작게 하고, 상기 펌프 최대 흡수 토오크목표값을 작게 하는 상기 새로운 목표값으로 보정하는 제 1 보정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 엔진회전수제어수단이 상기유압엑츄에이터의 종류에 따라 상기 기준목표 엔진회전수를 보정하는 제 1 보정치를 구하는 제 1 보정치 연산수단과, 상기 제 1 보정치와 상기 기준목표 엔진회전수에 따라 상기 보정목표 엔진회전수를 구하는 연산수단을 포함하고,상기 제 1 보정수단이,상기 냉각수 온도검출기에서 검출된 냉각수의 온도에 의거하여 미리 설정된 함수관계에 따라 상기 보정목표 엔진회전수를 보정하는 제 2 보정치를 구하는 제 2 보정치 연산수단과, 상기 제 2 보정치와 상기 보정목표 엔진회전수에 따라 새로운 목표 엔진회전수를 구하는 제 1 엔진회전수 연산수단을 포함함과 동시에,상기 냉각수 온도검출기에서 검출된 냉각수 온도에 의거하여 미리 설정된 함수관계에 따라 상기 펌프 최대 흡수토오크 목표값을 보정하는 제 3 보정치를 구하는 제 3 보정치 연산수단과, 상기 제 3 보정치와 상기 펌프 최대 흡수토오크 목표값에 따라 새로운 목표펌프최대 흡수토오크를 구하는 제 1 토오크연산수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 제어장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 엔진회전수제어수단이 상기유압엑츄에이터의 작동방향에 따라 상기 기준목표 엔진회전수를 보정하는 제 4 보정치를 구하는 제 4 보정치 연산수단을 포함하고,상기 제 1 엔진회전수 연산수단이 상기 제 4 보정치와 상기 새로운 목표 엔진회전수에 따라 다시 새로운 목표 엔진회전수를 구하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 제어장치.
- 엔진과;상기 엔진에 의하여 구동되는 가변 용량형의 유압펌프와;상기 유압펌프의 토출용량을 제어하는 펌프레귤레이터와;상기 엔진의 연료분사장치와;상기 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유로 구동하는 유압엑츄에이터와;상기 유압펌프로부터 상기 유압엑츄에이터에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 유량 제어밸브와;상기 유량 제어밸브를 조작하는 조작장치를 가지는 건설기계에 구비되어 조작자에 의하여 입력되는 기준목표 엔진회전수를 상기 조작장치의 조작량에 따라 보정하고, 보정목표 엔진회전수를 구하는 엔진회전수제어수단과;상기 보정목표 엔진회전수에 따른 펌프 최대 흡수토오크 목표값을 구하는 펌프 흡수토오크 제어수단을 포함하는 제어기를 구비한 건설기계의 제어장치에 있어서,작동유 온도검출기를 구비함과 동시에,상기 제어기가:상기 엔진회전수제어수단에서 구해지는 상기 보정목표 엔진회전수와, 상기 펌프 흡수토오크 제어수단에서 연산되는 펌프 최대 흡수토오크목표값을 상기 작동유 온도검출기에서 검출된 작동유 온도에 따라 새로운 목표 엔진회전수와 새로운 목표 펌프 최대 흡수토오크로 보정하고, 상기 작동유 온도가 그만큼 높지 않으며 상기 조작장치의 조작량이 작을 때, 및 상기 작동유 온도가 상승하여 소정 온도보다도 높아졌을 때에는 상기 보정목표 엔진회전수를 작게 하고, 상기 펌프 최대 흡수토오크목표값을 작게 하는 상기 새로운 목표값을 보정하는 제 2 보정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 제어장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 엔진회전수제어수단이 상기 유압엑츄에이터의 종류에 따라 상기 기준목표 엔진회전수를 보정하는 제 1 보정치를 구하는 제 1 보정치 연산수단과, 상기 제 1 보정치와 상기 기준목표 엔진회전수에 따라 상기 보정목표 엔진회전수를 연산하는 연산수단을 포함하고,상기 제 2 보정수단이,상기 작동유 온도검출기에서 검출된 작동유 온도에 의거하여 미리 설정된 함수관계에 따라 상기 보정목표 엔진회전수를 보정하는 제 5 보정치를 구하는 제 5 보정치 연산수단과, 상기 제 5 보정치와 상기 보정목표 엔진회전수에 따라 새로운 목표 엔진회전수를 구하는 제 2 엔진회전수 연산수단을 포함함과 동시에,상기 작동유 온도검출기에서 검출된 작동유 온도에 의거하여 미리 설정된 함수관계에 따라 상기 펌프 최대 흡수토오크 목표값을 보정하는 제 6 보정치를 구하 는 제 6 보정치 연산수단과, 상기 제 6 보정치와 상기 펌프 최대 흡수토오크 목표값에 따라 새로운 목표 펌프 최대 흡수토오크를 구하는 제 2 토오크연산수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 제어장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 엔진회전수제어수단이 상기유압엑츄에이터의 작동방향에 따라 상기 기준목표 엔진회전수를 보정하는 제 4 보정치를 구하는 제 4 보정치 연산수단을 포함하고,상기 제 2 엔진회전수 연산수단이 상기 제 4 보정치와 상기 새로운 목표 엔진회전수에 따라 다시 새로운 목표 엔진회전수를 구하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 제어장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,건설기계가 유압셔블인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 제어장치.
