Claims (5)
- 제1, 제2의 두 개의 능선을 갖고 선단을 뾰족하게 한 접촉 부재와, 이 접촉 부재에 진동을 부여하는 진동 발생 부재를 포함하는 스크라이브 본체를 사용하고,상기 접촉 부재의 선단을 공작물 면에 접촉시킨 상태에서 이 접촉 부재에 진동 발생 부재로부터의 진동을 부여하는 동시에, 상기 스크라이브 본체를 공작물 면을 따라서 상대적으로 이송시킴으로써 공작물 면에 스크라이브 선을 형성하는 방법에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2의 두 개의 능선이 공작물 면과 이루는 각도를 다르게 하는 동시에, 이들 제1, 제2 능선을 상기 스크라이브 본체의 상대 이송 방향을 따라서 대치시키고,상기 진동의 각 주기에 접촉 부재의 선단이 공작물 면을 가압함으로써 얻어지는 소성 변형부를 서로 이격시키고, 상기 제1, 제2 능선에 대응하는 소성 변형부의 두 개의 모서리로부터 상기 이송 방향으로 연장되는 균열을 연결함으로써 상기 스크라이브 선을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크라이브 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 능선과 공작물 면이 이루는 각도를 상기 제2 능선과 공작물 면이 이루는 각도보다 크게 하고, 제2 능선을 상기 상대 이송 방향으로 위치시키는 동시에 제1 능선을 상대 이송 방향의 반대쪽에 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크라이브 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 부재의 선단부의 중심 축선에 대하여 상기 제1, 제2 능선이 동일한 각도를 이루고, 이 중심 축선이 공작물 면의 법선에 대하여 상기 이송 방향으로 경사지고, 이로써 제1, 제2 능선과 공작물 면이 이루는 각도를 다르게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크라이브 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2 능선과 공작물 면이 이루는 각도의 차이는 1°내지 10°인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크라이브 방법.
