Claims (12)
- 필름의 사방 20 cm 영역에서 결정된 면배향계수의 최대값 및 최소값의 차이가 0.007이하이고, 상기 필름 영역에서 결정된 평균 면배향계수가 0.11 - 0.15인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 246 - 280℃의 용융점을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 95몰%의 함유량의 에틸렌 2,6-나프탈렌 디카르복실레이트 단위 및 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위 중 1 이상으로 구성된 폴리에스테르로부터 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 1.8 ≤ τ1 /τ2 ≤ 50 의 식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.(상기 식은 고체 고분해능 핵자기공명 분광법(NMR)에 의해 측정된 완화시간(T1ρ) 내에서 카르보닐 탄소원자의 완화시간(τ1) 및 1,4 벤젠고리 탄소원자의 완화시간(τ2)의 관계를 표현하며, 여기서 τ1 및 τ2 각각의 단위는 msec이다).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 필름은, 카르보닐 탄소의 완화시간 τ1을 이성분계에서 분석할 때, 비결정 부분의 완화시간 T1ρ1이 3msec 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 이 필름의 사방 20 cm 영역에서 0.127 - 0.145의 평균 면배향계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 이 필름의 사방 20 cm 영역에서 면배향계수의 최대 및 최소값 사이의 차이가 0.005이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 0.001 ≤ Δfㆍt ≤ 0.120의 식을 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.(이 식은 상기 필름의 두께(t)와, 상기 필름 양면의 면배향계수의 차이의 절대값(Δf)의 관계를 표현하는데, t의 단위는 μm이다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 기재상에 적층한 후 성형가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 금속, 종이 및 합성수지로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 포장 용기로 성형가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 드로우 성형에 의해, 포장 용기로 성형가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
