Claims (17)
- 양극활물질과, 포스파겐 유도체, 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체, 또는 포스파겐 유도체 및 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체를 포함하는 페이스트 형상체로 이루어지는 리튬 1차 전지용 양극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포스파겐 유도체, 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체, 또는 포스파겐 유도체 및 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체의 총질량이 상기 양극활물질의 질량에 대하여 0.01 내지 100배의 질량임을 특징으로 하는 리튬 1차 전지용 양극.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 포스파겐 유도체가 25℃ 에서 100mPaㆍs(100cP) 이하의 점도를 가지며, 하기 식(Ⅰ) 또는 하기 식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 1차 전지용 양극.(식 중, R1, R2 및 R3 은 각각 독립적으로 1가 치환기 또는 할로겐 원소를 나타내며; X1 은 탄소, 규소, 게르마늄, 주석, 질소, 인, 비소, 안티몬, 비스마스, 산소, 황, 세렌, 텔루르 및 폴로늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 원소 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 치환기를 나타내며; Y1, Y2 및 Y3 은 각각 독립적으로 2가 연결기, 2가 원소 또는 단결합을 나타낸다.)(NPR4 2)n --- (Ⅱ)(식 중, R4 는 각각 독립적으로 1가 치환기 또는 할로겐 원소를 나타내며; n 은 3∼15 를 나타낸다.)
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 포스파겐 유도체가 하기 식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 1차 전지용 양극.(NPF2)n --- (Ⅲ)(식 중, n 은 3∼15 를 나타낸다.)
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 포스파겐 유도체가 하기 식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 1차 전지용 양극.(NPR5 2)n --- (Ⅳ)(식 중, R5 는 각각 독립적으로 1가 치환기 또는 불소를 나타내며, 전체 R5 중 하나 이상은 불소를 포함하는 1가 치환기 또는 불소이며, n 은 3∼15 를 나타낸다. 단, 모든 R5 가 불소인 경우는 없다.)
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 포스파겐 유도체가 25℃ 에 있어서 고 체이며, 하기 식(Ⅴ)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 1차 전지용 양극.(NPR6 2)n --- (Ⅴ)(식 중, R6 은 각각 독립적으로 1가 치환기 또는 할로겐 원소를 나타내며; n 은 3∼15 를 나타낸다.)
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 이성체가 하기 식(Ⅵ)으로 표시되며, 하기 식(Ⅶ)로 표시되는 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 1차 전지용 양극.(식(Ⅵ) 및 (Ⅶ) 에 있어서, R7, R8 및 R9 는 각각 독립적으로 1가 치환기 또는 할로겐 원소를 나타내며; X2 는 탄소, 규소, 게르마늄, 주석, 질소, 인, 비소, 안티몬, 비스마스, 산소, 황, 세렌, 텔루르 및 폴로늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 원소 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 치환기를 나타내며; Y7 및 Y8 은 각각 독립적으로 2가 연결기, 2가 원소 또는 단결합을 나타낸다.)
- (Ⅰ) 양극활물질과, 포스파겐 유도체, 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체, 또는 포스파겐 유도체 및 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체를 혼련하여 페이스트를 제조하는 공정과,(Ⅱ) 이 페이스트를 양극제작 지그에 도포하여 건조시키고, 계속해서 원하는 형상으로 성형하여 페이스트 형상체의 양극을 제조하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 1차 전지용 양극의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 양극과, 음극과, 비프로톤성 유기용매 및 지지염으로 이루어지는 전해액을 구비한 리튬 1차 전지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 비프로톤성 유기용매에 포스파겐 유도체, 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체, 또는 포스파겐 유도체 및 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 1차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 양극에 포함되는 포스파겐 유도체, 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체, 또는 포스파겐 유도체 및 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체와, 상기 비프로톤성 유기용매에 첨가되는 포스파겐 유도체, 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체, 또는 포스파겐 유도체 및 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 1차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 양극에 포함되는 포스파겐 유도체, 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체, 또는 포스파겐 유도체 및 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체와, 상기 비프로톤성 유기용매에 첨가되는 포스파겐 유도체, 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체, 또는 포스파겐 유도체 및 포스파겐 유도체의 이성체가 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 1차 전지.
