Claims (12)
- 아크릴로니트릴 40∼74중량%, 염화비닐리덴 25∼59중량%, 및 이들과 공중합 가능한 설폰산기 함유 비닐단량체 1.3∼4중량%로 되는 아크릴계 중합체와, 양 용제로 되는 중합체 용액에, 그 중합체 중량 100중량부에 대하여 3∼25중량부의 물을 함유하여 되는 방사 원액으로부터 얻어지고, 섬유를 전완화율이 15∼40%로 되도록 완화 처리한 섬유로 되고, 섬유의 광택 콘트라스트가 0.88이상이고, 단섬유의 평균섬도가 40∼80데시텍스인 인공 모발.
- 제1항에 있어서,섬유의 결절 강도가 0.5cN/데시텍스 이상인 인공 모발.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양 용제가 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸아세트아미드 및 디메틸설폭시드로 되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 인공 모발.

- 아크릴로니트릴 40∼74중량%, 염화비닐리덴 25∼59중량%, 및 이들과 공중합 가능한 설폰산기 함유 비닐단량체 1.3∼4중량%로 되는 아크릴계 중합체와, 양 용제로 되는 중합체 용액에, 그 중합체 중량 100중량부에 대하여 3∼25중량부의 물을 함유하여 되는 방사 원액을 제조하는 공정, 그 방사 원액을 습식 방사에 의해 섬유화하는 공정, 섬유를 전연신비가 2.5∼12배로 되도록 연신처리하는 공정, 및, 섬유를 전완화율이 15% 이상으로 되도록 완화 처리하는 공정으로 되는,섬유의 광택 콘트라스트가 0.88 이상이며, 단섬유의 평균섬도가 40∼80데시텍스인 인공 모발의 제조법.
- 제7항에 있어서,2회 이상으로 분할하여 완화 처리하는 인공 모발의 제조법.
- 제7항에 있어서,섬유를 건조시킨 후, 가압 및/또는 과열 상태에 있는 수증기 분위기 하에서 완화 처리하는 인공 모발의 제조법.
- 제8항에 있어서,섬유를 건조시킨 후, 가압 및/또는 과열 상태에 있는 수증기 분위기 하에서 완화 처리하는 인공 모발의 제조법.
- 제9항에 있어서,수증기 분위기 하의 온도가 120∼200℃인 인공 모발의 제조법.
- 제10항에 있어서,수증기 분위기 하의 온도가 120∼200℃인 인공 모발의 제조법.
