Abstract
Description
또한 권취된 와이어의 와이어 단부를 수용하기 위해서 교차되는 슬릿과 슬릿 단자를 포함하는 단자 스트립을 구비한 전기 모터의 고정자가 EP-A-829 944호에 공지되어 있다. 이때 개별적으로 끼울 수 있는 슬릿 단자의 일부는 와이어 단부를 단자 스트립에 고정하기 위해 사용되고 다른 부분은 평면 플러그를 연결하기 위해 사용된다. 고정 슬릿 단자는 측정 목적으로 일시적으로 접점 접속될 수 있다.
청구범위 제 3 항에 따른 전기 회로는 천공 격자를 포함하고, 회로의 전기 및/또는 전자 소자는 상기 천공 격자를 통해서 전기적으로 서로 접속되고 기계적으로 고정되는 본 발명에 따른 장치의 실시예가 특히 바람직하다. 본 발명의 상기 실시예는 특히, 청구범위 제 4 항에 따른 슬릿 단자가 천공 격자와 일체식으로 형성될 수 있는 것이 특히 바람직하다. 슬릿 단자는 천공 격자가 천공된 후에 필요한 경우에는 휘어진다. 슬릿 단자들은 천공 격자의 천공과 단일 공정 과정으로 제조되므로 슬릿 단자의 제조를 위한 별도의 공정 과정은 필요하지 않다. 또한 슬릿 단자는 천공 격자와 일체식이기 때문에 슬릿 단자가 천공 격자에 고정되는 것은 생략되고, 슬릿 단자는 천공 격자와 동일한 시이트로부터 천공 격자와 함께 천공되고 별도의 시이트에서 천공되지 않아도 되므로 재료가 절약된다.
Claims (9)
- 자기 밸브(12)가 유압 블록부(10)에 삽입되고, 코일(20)을 지지하는 권선 지지체(16)를 구비한 자기 부분(14)을 가지며, 상기 지지체에는 전기 단자가 고정되고, 상기 자기 부분(14)은, 유압 블록부(10)에 장착되고 그 안에 전기 회로가 배치된 하우징(40)에 의해서 둘러싸이는, 전기 단자를 포함하는 소자를 전기 회로와 접점 접속하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 전기 회로는, 상기 유압 블록부(10)를 향해 있는 슬릿 단자(38)를 포함하고 상기 슬롯 단자(38)는 상기 유압 블록부(10)에 상기 하우징(40)이 장착될 때 상기 전기 단자 위로 끼워지며 상기 전기 단자는 코일 와이어로서 형성되고 상기 슬릿 단자(38)에 대해 횡방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자를 포함하는 소자를 전기 회로와 접점 접속하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 회로가 천공 격자(48)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자를 포함하는 소자를 전기 회로와 접점 접속하기 위한 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿 단자(38)가 상기 천공 격자(48)와 일체식인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자를 포함하는 소자를 전기 회로와 접점 접속하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코일 와이어의 적어도 하나의 와이어 단부(24)는 상기 슬릿 단자(38)에 대해 횡방향으로 상기 권선 지지체(16)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자를 포함하는 소자를 전기 회로와 접점 접속하기 위한 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 권선 지지체(16)는 상기 슬릿 단자(38)를 위한 슬릿 형상의 리셉터클(34)를 포함하고, 상기 리셉터클에 상기 슬릿 단자(38)가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자를 포함하는 소자를 전기 회로와 접점 접속하기 위한 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿 단자(38)는 크리스마스 트리 구조(54)를 가지며, 상기 트리 구조에 의해 상기 슬릿 단자가 상기 리셉터클(34)에 클로(claw)로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자를 포함하는 소자를 전기 회로와 접점 접속하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자기 밸브(12)와 함께 상기 유압 블록부(10)는 유압 자동차 브레이크 장치의 미끄럼 제어 장치의 유압 제어 회로의 부분이고, 상기 전기 회로는 상기 유압 자동차 브레이크 장치의 상기 미끄럼 제어 장치의 전자 제어 회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자를 포함하는 소자를 전기 회로와 접점 접속하기 위한 장치.
