Claims (21)
- 동일하거나 상이하며 화학식 I로 나타내어지는 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 그룹을 가교결합 폴리아미드 차별층의 표면에 화학적으로 그래프팅시킴으로써, 다공성 지지체와 가교결합 폴리아미드 차별층을 포함하는 복합체 막의 표면을 개질시키는 방법.화학식 IRO-(OCxHx+2)y-L-E위의 화학식 I에서,x는 동일하거나 상이하며, 2 또는 3이고,y는 동일하거나 상이하며, 2 내지 1000이고,R은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소, E, 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 알케닐 그룹으로부터 선택되고,L은 동일하거나 상이하며, 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 그룹이 가교결합 폴리아미드 차별층으로 화학적으로 그래프팅되는 동안 실질적으로 비반응성인 연결 결합(linking bond) 또는 연결 그룹으로부터 선택되고,E는 동일하거나 상이하며, 가교결합 폴리아미드 차별층의 표면에 존재하는 관능 그룹과 반응하여 이들과 함께 화학적 공유결합을 형성하는 비-아크릴레이트계 친전자성 그룹으로부터 선택된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, E가 석신이미딜 에스테르, 석신이미딜 아미드, 석신이미딜이미드, 옥시카보닐디이미다졸, 아지드, 에폭사이드, 알데히드, 트레실레이트, 이소시아네이트, 설폰, 니트로페닐 카보네이트, 트리클로로페닐 카보네이트, 벤조트리아졸 카보네이트, 글리시딜 에테르, 실란, 무수물, 아민, 하이드록실 및 티올로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 청구항 3은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제2항에 있어서, E가 아민 및 에폭사이드 그룹 중의 하나 이상으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 청구항 4은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제1항에 있어서, E가 가교결합 폴리아미드 차별층의 표면에 존재하는, 카복실산, 산 클로라이드 및 아민 관능 그룹 중의 하나 이상과 화학적으로 반응하여 화학적 그래프트를 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, L이 알킬, 페닐, 에스테르, 에테르, 산소, 설파이드, 우레탄, 아미드, 아민, 금속, 인산염 및 설폰으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 청구항 6은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제5항에 있어서, L이 에테르 그룹 및 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬 그룹 중의 하나 이상으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, y가 4 내지 10인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 그룹이, 가교결합 폴리아미드 차별층을 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 그룹을 함유하는 용액과 접촉시킴으로써 가교결합 폴리아미드 차별층의 표면에 그래프팅되는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 그룹을 함유하는 용액의 온도가 30 내지 70℃인 방법.
- 청구항 11은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제10항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 그룹을 함유하는 용액의 온도가 60℃ 미만인 방법.
- 청구항 12은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제9항에 있어서, 막이, 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 그룹을 함유하는 용액과 접촉된 다음 가열되는 방법.
- 화학식 I로 나타내어지는 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 그룹이 표면에 화학적으로 그래프팅된 가교결합 폴리아미드 차별층과 다공성 지지체를 포함하는 복합체 막.화학식 IRO-(OCxHx+2)y-L-E위의 화학식 I에서,x는 동일하거나 상이하며, 2 또는 3이고,y는 동일하거나 상이하며, 2 내지 1000이고,R은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소, E 및 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 알케닐 그룹으로부터 선택되고,L은 동일하거나 상이하며, 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 그룹이 가교결합 폴리아미드 차별층으로 화학적으로 그래프팅되는 동안 실질적으로 비반응성인 연결 결합 또는 연결 그룹으로부터 선택되고,E는 동일하거나 상이하며, 화학 개시제의 사용없이, 가교결합 폴리아미드 차별층의 표면에 존재하는 관능 그룹과 반응하여 이들과 함께 화학적 공유결합을 형성하는 비-아크릴레이트계 친전자성 그룹으로부터 선택된다.
