Claims (4)
- 2매의 강판을 수직으로 조합한 단부를 용접하는 회전 용접 이음매에 있어서,상기 2매의 강판 중 적어도 주응력이 가해지는 측의 강판이 피로 균열의 전파를 억제하는 강판이며, 상기 강판의 판두께를 t라 할 때, 상기 강판의 회전 용접면으로부터 판두께 방향으로 t/10 이상, 또는 3 ㎜ 이상의 범위까지의 주응력 방향의 잔류 응력이 압축 잔류 응력인 것을 특징으로 하는 피로 강도에 우수한 회전 용접 이음매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피로 균열의 전파를 억제하는 강판이 상기 강판의 표층에 압축 잔류 응력을 갖는 강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 피로 강도에 우수한 회전 용접 이음매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 피로 강도에 우수한 회전 용접 이음매의 제조 방법이며, 상기 회전 용접 이음매의 고정단부로부터 5 ㎜ 이내의 범위를 초음파 진동 단자로 타격하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피로 강도에 우수한 회전 용접 이음매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 회전 용접 이음매를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피로 강도에 우수한 용접 구조물.
