Claims (2)
- 적어도 하나의 벤딩 다이와, 이 벤딩 다이의 주면에 대해 피가공 파이프를 가압하면서, 해당 파이프를 매개로 상기 벤딩 다이의 주면 상을 소정 각도로 회동하여 굽힘 가공을 실시하는 클램프 지그 및 반력 수용 롤러를 구비하는 파이프 굽힘 유닛과, 피가공 파이프의 중심을 축심에 대해 소정 각도로 회동시킬 수 있도록 이루어지고, 해당 피가공 파이프를 굽힘 형상에 따른 위치로 이동시킬 수 있는 파이프 트위스트 유닛을 구비하는 파이프 굽힘 가공 장치에 있어서,상기 파이프 굽힘 유닛의 반력 수용 롤러를 벤딩 다이 및 클램프 지그와 동심(同芯)으로 회동 가능하게 하여 피가공 파이프의 인장 굽힘 기능과 압축 굽힘 기능 중 적어도 하나의 기능을 가지고, 또한 상기 파이프 굽힘 유닛을 피가공 파이프의 축심과 평행한 축선을 중심으로 수직면 내에서 회동 가능하게 설치함으로써 피가공 파이프 트위스트 동작시의 흔들림 양을 감축할 수 있는 것인 파이프 굽힘 가공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파이프 굽힘 가공 장치는 파이프 굽힘 유닛과 파이프 트위스트 유닛 중 적어도 한 쪽이 이동 가능하게 이루어져 있는 것인 파이프 굽힘 가공 장치.
