Claims (8)
- 질량%로, C:0.01∼0.6%, Si:0.1∼5%, Mn:0.1∼10%, P:0.08% 이하, S:0.05% 이하, Cr:20∼55%, Ni:20∼70%, N:0.001∼0.25%, O(산소):0.02% 이하, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지는 화학 조성을 갖는 모재로 구성되는 스테인리스 강으로서, 상기 강의 표층부에 모재의 Cr 농도보다 낮은 Cr 농도를 가지는 Cr 결핍층을 구비하고, 상기 Cr 결핍층에 있어서의 Cr 농도가 10% 이상이며, 또한 상기 Cr 결핍층의 두께가 20㎛ 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 내침탄성과 내코킹성을 가지는 스테인리스 강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Cr 결핍층의 외측에, Cr 함유량 50% 이상의 Cr 주체의 산화 스케일층을 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인리스 강.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화 스케일층이 두께 0.1∼15㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인리스 강.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화 스케일층과 상기 Cr 결핍층 사이에 Si 함유량 50% 이상의 Si 주체의 제2 산화 스케일층을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인리스 강.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 산화 스케일층과 상기 Cr 결핍층 사이에 Si 함유량 50% 이상의 Si 주체의 제2 산화 스케일층을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인리스 강.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모재가 질량%로, 또한, 하기 (i) 내지 (viii) 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인리스 강.(i) Cu:0.01∼5%,(ii) Co:0.01∼5%,(iii) Mo:0.01∼3%, W:0.01∼6%, Ta:0.01∼6%, Re:0.01∼0%, Ir:0.01∼6%의 1종 또는 2종 이상,(iv) Ti:0.01∼1%, Nb:0.01∼2%의 1종 또는 2종,(v) B:0.001∼0.1%, Zr:0.001∼0.1%, Hf:0.001∼0.5%의 1종 또는 2종 이상,(vi) Mg:0.0005∼0.1%, Ca:0.0005∼0.1%, Al:0.01∼1%의 1종 또는 2종 이상,(vii) Y:0.0005∼0.15% 및 Ln족:0.0005∼0.15%의 1종 또는 2종 이상,(viii) Pd:0.005∼1%, Ag:0.005∼1%, Pt:0.005∼1%, Au:0.005∼1%의 1종 또는 2종 이상
- 관 내면이 돌기 또는 이형(異形)단면에 의해 불규칙 형상을 보이는 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 스테인리스 강을 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인리스 강 관.
- 관 내면이 돌기 또는 이형단면에 의해 불규칙 형상을 보이는 제6항에 기재된 스테인리스 강을 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인리스 강 관.
