Claims (6)
- 진동 발생부에 장착된 통부와, 상기 통부의 일부에 마련된 플랜지부를 갖는 베이스, 상기 통부에 삽입부착되고 상기 진동 발생부의 노킹 진동을 전기 신호로 변환하여 검출하는 고리형상의 압전 소자, 상기 압전 소자의 양면에 각각 접하도록 마련된 전극, 상기 각 전극에 맞닿아 배치되고, 상기 압전 소자의 출력을 외부로 취출하는 터미널 플레이트, 상기 압전 소자, 전극 및 터미널 플레이트를 상기 플랜지부에 가압 지지하는 지지 수단을 구비하고, 상기 전극은 상기 압전 소자에 부분적으로 접촉하도록 형성됨과 함께, 상기 압전 소자의 상기 전극과 접촉하지 않는 부분에는, 상기 전극과는 거의 같은 두께의 전기 절연 재료를 마련하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 노크 센서.
- 진동 발생부에 장착된 통부와, 상기 통부의 일부에 마련된 플랜지부를 갖는 베이스, 상기 통부에 삽입부착되고 상기 진동 발생부의 노킹 진동을 전기 신호로 변환하여 검출하는 고리형상의 압전 소자, 상기 압전 소자의 양면에 각각 접하도록 마련된 전극, 상기 각 전극에 맞닿아 배치되고, 상기 압전 소자의 출력을 외부로 취출하는 터미널 플레이트, 상기 압전 소자, 전극 및 터미널 플레이트를 상기 플랜지부에 가압 지지하는 지지 수단을 구비하고, 상기 전극은 상기 압전 소자에 부분적으로 접촉하도록 형성됨과 함께, 상기 압전 소자의 상기 전극과 접촉하지 않는 부분에는, 상기 전극과는 거의 같은 두께의 도전성 접착제를 마련하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 노크 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전기 절연 재료는 상기 전극의 두께를 상회하지 않는 입경의 필러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노크 센서.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 지지 수단은 상기 터미널 플레이트와의 사이에 마련된 웨이트와, 상기 웨이트상에 마련된 고리형상 스프링을 통하여 압전 소자와 전극과 터미널 플레이트를 플랜지부에 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노크 센서.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 지지 수단은 상기 통부에 코킹 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 노크 센서.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 지지 수단은 상기 터미널 플레이트와의 사이에 마련된 웨이트와, 상기 웨이트상에 마련된 고리형상 스프링을 통하여 압전 소자와 전극과 터미널 플레이트를 플랜지부에 가압함과 함께, 상기 통부에 코킹 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 노크 센서.
