Claims (7)
- 바인더 수지, 고체 윤활제, 산화티탄 분말 및 커플링제를 함유하여 혼련(混練)되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부용 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄 분말의 평균 일차 입경은 1 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부용 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄 분말은 형성되는 슬라이딩막 중에 상기 바인더 수지에 대해서 5 내지 35 질량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부용 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지는 폴리아미드이미드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부용 도료 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지는 폴리아미드이미드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부용 도료 조성물.
- 폴리아미드이미드, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 산화티탄 분말 및 실란커플링제를 함유하여 혼련되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부용 도료 조성 물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 실란커플링제는 관능기가 에폭시기인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩부용 도료 조성물.
