Claims (13)
- 각각에 흡착제가 충전되고, 또 제품 가스 출구가 설치된 복수의 흡착탑을 사용해서 원료 가스로부터 수소 가스를 분리하는 방법으로서,원료 가스 중의 불필요 가스 성분을 흡착제에 의해 흡착해서 수소 농도가 높은 제품 가스를 제품 가스 출구로부터 배출하는 흡착 공정과,흡착탑내의 압력을 저하시키는 감압 공정과,흡착제에 흡착된 불필요 가스 성분을 탈착하는 탈착 공정과,흡착탑내에 세정 가스를 도입해서 탑내를 세정하는 세정 공정과,흡착탑내의 압력을 상승시키는 승압 공정과,상기 흡착 공정, 상기 감압 공정, 상기 탈착 공정, 상기 세정 공정 및 상기 승압 공정으로 이루어지는 1사이클을 반복해서 행하는 공정을 포함하는 구성에 있어서,상기 감압 공정은, 흡착탑내의 잔류 가스를 선택된 흡착탑에 대해서 세정 가스로서 도입하는 공정을 포함하고 있으며, 이 잔류 가스의 양은 상온·대기압으로 환산하여, 상기 선택된 흡착탑에서의 흡착제의 충전 용적의 4∼7배인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소 가스의 분리 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 세정 공정은, 흡착 공정을 행하고 있는 흡착탑으로부 터 얻어진 제품 가스를 세정 가스로서 도입하는 추가의 세정 공정을 포함하고 있는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 1사이클에서의 상기 세정 공정은, 제 1세정 공정과, 이 제 1세정 공정 후에 행해지는 제 2세정 공정을 포함하고, 상기 1사이클에서의 상기 감압 공정은, 제 1감압 공정과, 이 제 1감압 공정 후에 행해지는 제 2감압 공정을 포함하고, 상기 제 1감압 공정 및 상기 제 2감압 공정은, 제품 가스 출구로부터 잔류 가스를 배출함으로써 행해지는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 제 1흡착탑에서의 제 1세정 공정은, 제 2흡착탑에서의 제 2감압 공정시에 배출된 잔류 가스를, 상기 제 1흡착탑의 제품 가스 출구로부터 세정 가스로서 도입함으로써 행해지고, 상기 제 1흡착탑에서의 제 2세정 공정은, 제 3흡착탑의 제 1감압 공정시에 배출된 잔류 가스를, 상기 제 1흡착탑의 제품 가스 출구로부터 세정 가스로서 도입함으로써 행해지는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 세정 공정은, 흡착 공정을 행하고 있는 흡착탑으로부터 얻어진 제품 가스를 세정 가스로서 도입하는 제 3세정 공정을 포함하고 있는 방 법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 1사이클 사이에서는, 상기 복수의 흡착탑 중 어느 하나에 있어서도, 상기 감압 공정, 상기 탈착 공정, 상기 제 1세정 공정, 상기 탈착 공정, 상기 제 2세정 공정 및 상기 제 3세정 공정이 이 순서로 행해지는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착 공정에서의 최고 압력은, 0.2∼3.6MPa(절대압)의 범위이고, 상기 탈착 공정에서의 최저 압력은, 대기압∼0.15MPa(절대압)의 범위인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원료 가스는, 불필요 가스 성분으로서의 이산화탄소 가스를 포함하고 있는 방법.
