Claims (8)
- 전동요소, 이 전동요소에 의하여 구동되는 압축요소, 및 상기 전동요소와 압축요소를 수용하기 위한 밀폐 용기를 포함하는 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서,상기 압축요소는, 편심 축부와, 상기 편심 축부와 상하부에서 동축으로 구비된 보조 축부와 스핀들부를 갖는 축과; 압축실을 구비한 실린더 블록과; 상기 실린더 블록에 구비되고 상기 스핀들부를 지지하는 메인 베어링과; 상기 실린더 블록상에 구비되고 상기 보조 축부를 지지하는 보조 베어링과; 상기 압축실에서 왕복하는 피스톤과; 상기 피스톤과 상기 편심 축부 사이를 연결하는 연결수단을 포함하고,상기 제1 균형추가 상기 보조 축부의 상기 편심 축부의 측단부에 구비되고, 상기 제2 균형추가 상기 스핀들부의 편심 축부의 측단부에 구비되고, 상기 제1 균형추가 상기 보조 축부와 별도부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조 축부와 상기 제1 균형추는 나사에 의해 서로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조 축부와 상기 제1 균형추는 리벳에 의해 서로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스핀들부의 편심축부의 측 단부와 제1 균형추에는 오목부와 볼록부의 끼움에 의해 위치되는 끼움부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 축부와 상기 보조 축부의 미끄럼부가 상기 보조 축부의 두 단부로부터, 나사 또는 리벳이 통과하는 관통공 직경의 1/2 이상으로 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 보조 축부와 상기 보조 축부의 미끄럼부는 상기 보조 축부의 두 단부로부터, 나사 또는 리벳이 통과하는 관통공 직경의 1/2 이상으로 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 메인 베어링은 상기 실린더 블록과 별도부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 메인 베어링은 상기 실린더 블록과 별도부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
