Claims (9)
- 압축기(21)와 열원측 열 교환기(24)를 가지는 열원 유닛(2, 102, 202)과, 이용측 열 교환기(52)를 가지는 이용 유닛(5)이, 상기 열원 유닛을 구성하는 부품보다도 운전 허용 압력이 낮은 냉매액 연락 배관(6)을 통하여 접속되어, 증기 압축식의 주 냉매 회로(10, 110, 210)를 구성하는 냉동 장치(1, 101, 201)에 있어서,상기 열원측 열 교환기에서 응축되어 상기 이용측 열 교환기로 보내지는 냉매를 상기 냉매액 연락 배관의 운전 허용 압력보다 낮은 압력까지 감압하기 위한 제1 팽창 기구(27)와,상기 열원측 열 교환기에서 응축되어 상기 이용측 열 교환기로 보내지는 냉매를 냉각하기 위한 냉각기(28)를 구비한 냉동 장치(1, 101, 201).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 팽창 기구에 의하여 감압된 후의 냉매 압력을 검출하기 위한 압력 검출 기구(31, 131)를 더 구비한 냉동 장치(1, 101, 201).
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 압력 검출 기구(31)는, 압력 센서인, 냉동 장치(1, 201).
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 냉각기(28)는, 상기 제1 팽창 기구(27)와 상기 이용측 열 교환기(52)간에 설치되어 있고,상기 압력 검출 기구(131)는, 상기 제1 팽창 기구와 상기 냉각기 간에 설치된 서미스터인,냉동 장치(101).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 주 냉매 회로(10, 110, 210)는, 상기 열원측 열 교환기(24)에서 응축된 냉매를 모은 후, 상기 제1 팽창 기구(27)로 냉매를 보내기 위한 리시버(26)를 구비하고 있는, 냉동 장치(1, 101, 201).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각기(28)는, 상기 주 냉매 회로(10, 110, 210) 내를 흐르는 냉매를 냉각원으로 한 열 교환기인, 냉동 장치(1, 101, 201).
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 주 냉매 회로(10, 110, 210)는, 상기 열원측 열 교환기(24)에서 응축된 냉매의 일부를 감압하여 상기 냉각기(28)로 도입하고 상기 주 냉매 회로측을 흐르는 냉매와 열 교환시킨 후, 열 교환된 냉매를 상기 압축기(21)의 흡입측으로 회수 하기 위한 보조 냉매 회로(29, 229)를 구비하고 있는, 냉동 장치(1, 101, 201).
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 보조 냉매 회로(29, 229)는, 상기 열원측 열 교환기(24)와 상기 냉각기(28) 간에 설치된 제2 팽창 기구(29b, 229b)와, 상기 냉각기의 출구측에 설치된 서미스터로 이루어지는 온도 검출 기구(29d, 229j)를 구비하고 있는, 냉동 장치(1, 101, 201).
- 압축기(21)와 열원측 열 교환기(24)를 가지는 열원 유닛(2, 102, 202)과, 이용측 열 교환기(52)를 가지는 이용 유닛(5)이, 상기 열원 유닛을 구성하는 부품보다도 운전 허용 압력이 낮은 냉매액 연락 배관(6)을 통하여 접속되어, 증기 압축식의 주 냉매 회로(10, 110, 210)를 구성하는 냉동 장치(1, 101, 201)에 있어서,상기 열원측 열 교환기에서 응축되어 상기 이용측 열 교환기로 보내지는 냉매를 상기 냉매액 연락 배관의 운전 허용 압력보다 낮은 압력까지 감압하기 위한 제1 팽창 기구(27)와,상기 열원측 열 교환기에서 응축되어 상기 이용측 열 교환기로 보내지는 냉매를 냉각하기 위한 냉각기(28)를 구비하고,상기 주 냉매 회로(10, 110, 210)를 흐르는 냉매는, R407C보다도 높은 포화 압력 특성을 가지고 있는, 냉동 장치(1, 101, 201).
